Don't even worry about looking around at other businesses, because this business has exactly the qualities you're looking for. If you have to schedule out a week or more, it's well worth the wait. Not all shops are created equal, and you just don't want to have to keep going back to deal with headaches. Now for the main part: I had my windows tinted here with their ceramic IRX film. If you're looking at reviews questioning the ceramic... it's a top notch brand and super respected in the industry. No questions/issues there. There are many decent to good films in the market. This one is a premium one for sure, but the most important thing is the shop. This place excels in customer service and values. I am really skeptical of a lot of service-based businesses these days, because the quality and attention to detail has just gone down hill. I did some research before coming here and determined this was the best place in town. I've lived all over the country and have used multiple window tinting businesses and this one was hands down the best (and that says A LOT because I've been in very big cities). The customer service is top notch. This family-owned business really is reminiscent of what it meant to be a family owned business in the past. I didn't have any issues, but I spoke with them at length and I am 100% satisfied that they would correct any issue that might arise. This fact alone is a reason enough to come here. Not everything will always be perfect, but working with a business who will make things right is increasingly more important every year it seems. With that said, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I would not hesitate to come here, and I tend to be pretty skeptical by nature. They have great values and are happy to support our military. I really just can't say enough nice things about them. They are 100% worth any wait and cost. No matter how expensive your vehicle is, it's safe with them.

I had trouble with them and had to go I. multiple times after an insurance…read moreclaim. a side body plane they replaced they did not plant the inside or even use a base rust preventative, so from the inside of the engine bay now that side panel is rusting. however the factory panel on the opposite side of the car, was painted correctly and guess what. no rust 15 years later. it's only been a couple years since they "fixed" my car. I had snap in tabs falling off and plastics not aligned. it was a nightmare. please stop taking your vehicles here and giving them your business. They will handle you the passive kindness then push you out the door way. I'm annoyed I went there and now my "freshly" painted panel will rust from the inside out.

The staff was very friendly and personable. The waiting room is small with just about 3 or 4 seats, so if they're busy it would be best to just drop your car off and come back later if possible. If you do wait like I did, there is a TV and magazines to keep you occupied and if you need something to drink or munch on they have a little coffee machine and some snacks. Will definitely be back if I need more windshield repairs. (Crossing my fingers that I don't though!)

She said without hesitation that I should go to Lafayette Auto Plus on Farabee Drive. That turned out to be one of the best tips I've ever gotten. As she predicted, they explained several options and gave me estimates (quite reasonable) for the two options I was considering. They did exactly what they said for the price they had said and in the time frame they had given me. In addition, everyone I spoke to answered all my questions clearly and fully, was extremely pleasant, and gave me excellent advice. I will certainly recommend them to anyone I encounter who needs auto body work done, and I will use them again myself if I have any further car, mishaps in the future.

I go back, Lee says wait 5 more days it will dry. I waited, the ridge is still there I go back he says "it's sunny out today it will dry". But I want him to look at it. I park between the doors thinking this is going to be quick. Lee backs out a truck I am mouthing to him "i'm sorry for parking there." He finally comes to look at the window and tells me "its fine that he is the one who knows what he is doing" I say that is not right it should not be there and don't treat me like an idiot! Lee says "you come in and park between my doors and freak out when I back out a truck" ( which I did not) and finally admits it was defective and what did I want him to do about it? Why should I tell you what to do about your work that was defective? Pretty obvious don't ya think? Treated me like I was in the wrong for asking! He said he guarantees his work, really? Told me how busy he is today, really? Too busy to fix a defect and treat me like I was stupid for even asking about it. Don't go there!
