Here's a synopsis for you: It took over a month to get the car back. Upon return (1st issue): rear dome light wouldn't work. I had to drive an hour back to the shop for repair. 2nd issue: phantom rattling and squeaking started to be heard in the dash, headliner, dome lights etc. This is when I found out they REMOVED the headliner to paint a DOOR. The manager was crass and gaslit every concern I had. All in all the Nonexistent communication and excessive work prompted this review. Emphasis on LABOR that WAS NOT needed. Now I have damaged parts in a brand new vehicle. Scuffs, tears, annoying broken parts that rattle. Thank you PBP for a terrible experience in and out of the shop. Denny's does free estimates so I wanted to check the price of fixing the door. I went in and had them check the door showing where the seal was loose. They were able to take it in that day and adjust the door in 15 mins while I was in the nice waiting area. This won't be the case for everyone since more damage would probably require them to hold the car for a longer period of time, but otherwise an overall great experience.

I was told they would work directly with my insurance so I wouldn't have to. Great. They said they'd keep me updated with any changes, if they needed more money from the insurance, etc. Not once did they call me until my truck was done. I was given a rough estimate of 5 business days. Cool. No word after 8 business days so I call them. Not done. Another 2 business days and I call again. Not done. I wait until the following Friday and they say it's almost done. So I call Tuesday, not done. They finally call me to tell me my truck is done after 3 weeks of not a single update from them. They failed to inform me they had to get 5 thousand more dollars from my insurance because there was internal damage. They didn't even tell me anything when I picked it up. They also charged me for detailing the inside of my car when I never asked to have it done (it wasn't even done that well) the only reason they got two stars is because the body work looks nice.
