They had my vehicle way over the estimated time , would give me the run around every time I would call about it , sometimes not answering the phones or returning calls at all for days even weeks. I have had nothing but problems out of my vehicle since they had it. They trashed my interior put nothing down over the seats or carpets while working on it , there were foot prints all over the carpets and stains all over the seats that were not there before. They replaced the rear axle and all seals have leaked since day one . I disliked them and their shotty business so much , that I did not want to deal with them ever again . So I went out and bought all the parts and seals out of pocket and re-did all their work . Horrible people , business and all around experience.

Denny's does free estimates so I wanted to check the price of fixing the door. I went in and had them check the door showing where the seal was loose. They were able to take it in that day and adjust the door in 15 mins while I was in the nice waiting area. This won't be the case for everyone since more damage would probably require them to hold the car for a longer period of time, but otherwise an overall great experience.

They said they'd keep me updated with any changes, if they needed more money from the insurance, etc. Not once did they call me until my truck was done. I was given a rough estimate of 5 business days. Cool. No word after 8 business days so I call them. Not done. Another 2 business days and I call again. Not done. I wait until the following Friday and they say it's almost done. So I call Tuesday, not done. They finally call me to tell me my truck is done after 3 weeks of not a single update from them. They failed to inform me they had to get 5 thousand more dollars from my insurance because there was internal damage. They didn't even tell me anything when I picked it up. They also charged me for detailing the inside of my car when I never asked to have it done (it wasn't even done that well) the only reason they got two stars is because the body work looks nice.
