I had a shopping cart hit my car in a parking lot due to high winds. The cart shifted the car door out of place causing the door to not close all the way, so when I drove on highways it sounded like the car window was rolled down. Denny's does free estimates so I wanted to check the price of fixing the door. I went in and had them check the door showing where the seal was loose. They were able to take it in that day and adjust the door in 15 mins while I was in the nice waiting area. This won't be the case for everyone since more damage would probably require them to hold the car for a longer period of time, but otherwise an overall great experience. read more

I had a bit of a fender bender so dealing with insurance is always a pain. I called Dennys for the Google reviews. Initially, they seemed really helpful. I was told they would work directly with my insurance so I wouldn't have to. Great. They said they'd keep me updated with any changes, if they needed more money from the insurance, etc. Not once did they call me until my truck was done. I was given a rough estimate of 5 business days. Cool. No word after 8 business days so I call them. Not done. Another 2 business days and I call again. Not done. I wait until the following Friday and they say it's almost done. So I call Tuesday, not done. They finally call me to tell me my truck is done after 3 weeks of not a single update from them. They failed to inform me they had to get 5 thousand more dollars from my insurance because there was internal damage. They didn't even tell me anything when I picked it up. They also charged me for detailing the inside of my car when I never asked to have it done (it wasn't even done that well) the only reason they got two stars is because the body work looks nice. read more

Spot on estimate which is nice for when you aren't going through insurance. Great work done by excellent employees. Really kind staff! I wasn't expecting my car to be detailed so well while being repaired which was a pleasant, but during the detailing, a portion of my cup holders was thrown out which Denny's made sure to arrange and cover the cost of the replacements from Rohrmans. Instead of trying to profit from Labor they actually replace the parts needing replaced. Update: changed to 4 stars and would like to give less. Had to take my car back for additional work because there was still a noticeable gap on the work done. They say no big deal it'll take an hour. I wait an hour and my car looks EXACTLY the same. Raised this issue with the staff and was told it was "still a gap but now the piece is secured tightly" so I left before scheduling a final appointment because it didn't sit right with me that this piece STILL wasn't fixed properly. Especially after their staff told me that the gap would allow moisture in over time. The 3rd and final repair they ended up realizing the piece needed completely replaced so good thing I held my ground. Felt disrespected due to my young age and gender. It really was not professional to dismiss a customer due to the fact you've already collected your coins. Most upsetting part by far: doing research and trying to support local business only for them not to care enough to do the job well because Im paying out of pocket and not insurance. Replaced a left front fender on a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado after a limb had fell on it! Was supposed to be a 5 day fix ! Took it in on January 2nd and did not get done till January 12th late! Couldn't pick it up till January 15 ! Inner fender well rubs tire now. Back seat for some reason was folded up and not put back! Some insulation was just thrown into the bed of the truck! Major paint run on the hood of the truck ! Cost me over $500 in rental car fees waiting for it to get done ! I really expected better service for over $3600 dollars ! So, I had the appraiser send his estimate to Denny's. When I stopped by to chat with the manager Sean about performing repairs, he was professional, personable, and made me feel at ease. Denny's Body Shop attempted to repair body damage to my truck after 5 deer hit the drivers side a few years ago. Since the time of the repairs I've have rust appear three different times only on the portion of my truck that Denny's did work. They "fixed" the rust two different times, but now they refuse to fix it again. The owner told me they don't repair rust on older trucks today, if that's indeed the case, then why did they attempt to fix the rust two other times? Keep in mind my 2004 Ford F-150 has ZERO rust anywhere other than where Denny's did the deer accident repairs and they did work in the rust from their incompetence Two other times in the past. I guess they got the insurance money and now they don't honor their work... kinda makes you wonder... doesn't it? read more

do NOT go here. They have failed to fix cars (not just mine) and refuse to own up to their mistakes. Some problems are nearly impossible to notice until you give it a drive, but once you leave the place, they will say that it's not their fault and that you can't prove itt. This is probably why progressive doesn't guarentee repairs here. I only came here because it was the only one available to fix my problem at the time, big time regret. I pulled a bone headed move and was backing up to get the mail out of my mailbox and caught the side view mirror on the mailbox. The mirror was broken and I thought the damage might of extended to the door frame but was not sure. I asked a local auto repair shop I trust who they would recommend and they said Denny's. I called them up and made an appointment for a quote. Was greeted and made to feel welcome by a customer service representative who talked to me for a few minutes, nothing related to the car just small talk. After that we discussed what had happened to my vehicle. After he listened to what I had to say we went out to the car and he inspected the mirror and door very carefully. Once the inspection was done he worked up the quote and offered me options on what could be done. He said we could replace the mirror with a dealer supplied part or an aftermarket mirror. The savings was great enough that I chose the aftermarket. We settled on what would be done and when it would be done. Everything was done as promised and on time. I would recommend this shop to family and friends. Polite, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. read more

I went to Denny's with my '98 Sebring for some cosmetic work. They gave me excellent service on the parts that were available. Unfortunately the inside door panel was no longer available. My son found one at the junk yard and Denny's installed it while I waited! I would definitely recommend them for auto repairs. read more
