If you want to get scammed, Valentino and Robert are your people. While I'm on my break from work I got blocked in by a car with a man saying he can fix my bumper that had been scratched and slightly dented. He lied and said he worked at Hertz. He seemed genuine so I let him fix it. It looked good until he put a blue paste on a few spots. He claimed since it just rained it will protect the paint. I texted him a few hours later asking when to remove the blue paste he said the next day with a rag. I did just that, just to have the paint under the blue paste come off and the bright blue paste stain my WHITE car. I texted to ask what went wrong and realized he blocked my number, which I didn't understand because I was not rude nor gave him any reason to block me. It seem sketchy that he would block me the day I was supposed to wipe this paste off. After texting him on another number, he offered to send my money back but was asking for my cashapp which at this point seemed like he tried to scam me even more. I asked for cash because that's how I paid him. I then stated I'd take it up with the police If I can't get my money back. His brother Robert then calls me and refused to refund me my money, offered to fix it which I agreed to because I either wanted my money back or a honest fix. And surprise! He gave me the runaround and stopped replying. Not to mention when the paint dried it was not a gloss finish it almost looked matte these men are horrible people, scammers and will ruin your car and steal your money. Defiantly not a small business to support. Their customer service is absolutely horrible read more
