Aside from being two hours longer than the time they stated it would take. While I sat in the lobby. I went home, after a few days when I could finally roll down my windows and do all the things. On the appointment day, I dropped off my SUV. There was a little confusion and a mention of possible glare that caused confusion in my choice of ceramic window tint. It was resolved after a bit of discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed on my car. For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. And, based on my conversation with Anthony, I know he loves serving people and has a vision to grow and be around for the long haul. I am asking Anthony for quotes for my office for a tint or a privacy film that allows us visibility and and prevents people from simply walking in and treating our office like an info desk for the entire building. I was very clear with Anthony that because our lease is up in less than a year, that I might be less than a year or more than a year to a few years out with the projected work, but I still appreciated getting to talk through my thoughts and what I had in mind. I am excited to see what proposals will come my way and the potential work to be done. I am more happy that I can speak openly with someone and know that they will meet me where I am at, give me the education I need on what options I have, and give me time to execute my decision. Opening a shop and charging for your services doesn't qualify you as an expert on any subject. ASE…read morecertifications and a masters or PHD degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering qualifies you, particularly the latter. Avoid amateurs and "self-proclaimed" experts. Avoid this shop. Absolutely overpriced amateurs. They can't even identify a cracked fuel line hemorrhaging gas right in front of them. My 1968 Mustang had an inline fuel filter leak at the fuel line on either side of the fuel filter which sits on top of the intake manifold for easy identification and access. These idiots missed a fuel line that was hemorrhaging gas all over the intake manifold right in front of the carburetor. If you are a mechanic, then you would easily notice this as it sits in plain view on top of the motor in front of the carburetor. I'm not a mechanic and I noticed it and corrected it in less than 2 minutes. This shop had my car on three occasions, and they didn't see the obvious gas pooling on the manifold right in front of them. The new fuel filter and connecting lines were less than $10. Never again. A shop without a conscience. If you want to know why the owner is not challenging my experience, it's because I can prove it, the owner knows it, and he did nothing to correct the issue. Use this shop at your own peril.
