I called a number of places, but none of them wowed me. A friend who's only owned Acuras and Hondas recommended I call Absolute. As it happened, my front end started clunking suddenly, and I suspected it might have to do with the CV joints or something similar. I made an appointment after talking with Travis and brought the car in. Since I was traveling for a few days then undergoing some surgery which would incapacitate me for a few more, I asked Travis to diagnose / fix the front end and do the timing belt, too, since I wasn't going to use it for a while. And he had the flexibility to work on it as their schedule allowed over about 10 days. I picked it up, and it felt solid again. It wasn't a CV joint but sway bar links, and Travis explained that they use a considerably less expensive part than Acura OEM, but it's the same quality. I really appreciated that. I don't know that I've been excited by a car repair before, but this felt very different to me, and I sincerely appreciated what they did.
