We went back and I told her what I was looking for and from there did not say a word to me for the whole application. Halfway through the application, the other gal walked in and they started conversing as if I wasn't even sitting there; going as far as to mention that the glue they had was likely a year or so old. Leaving was not any better, she handed me a mirror and a fan and then just told me to get up when I was ready. She didn't walk me out or offer to schedule a fill and not even 12 hours later I already had lashes falling out. I would absolutely not recommend their services again.

Lynh is very gentle and gives wonderful pedicures and massages, Mindy is like the goddess of nails she is so good, and Dea is still learning gel manis but has done 3 for me so far and I've been happy with them each time! I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. She really knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. $15 to have my eyebrows waxed by Itzel was totally worth it! I will definitely be going back to her moving forward and spreading the word about her excellent work :)

I don't like hurting businesses with reviews, but hopefully they will read this and up their game…read more First of all, they do no offer pink acrylic because it's more expensive apparently, yet still charge regular prices and don't tell you until they are done working. I had to choose a pink paint to cover the clear acrylic so you don't see the mess below. They totally butchered my nails and now my two pinky nails are lifting off the bed. They use unsanitary uncleaned metal nail files on your natural nail which are only meant for acrylic nails. The ladies are lazy and don't care to be neat at all. They don't have any nail techs that are creative at all. They also don't have a wide variety of colors. Every time I went in with an idea, they didn't have the color. The nail tech also made my fingers bleed with her crazy metal filing.
