It was under construction, with mirrors on the floor, dust throughout the space, nails, and conditions that did not feel safe or appropriate for hosting a Pilates class. I reached out DIRECTLY rather than leaving a negative review, and Alex at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. She apologized and offered me a complimentary session, which I appreciated. I actually planned to continue using the space because of its convenience and how the first issue was handled. I had also already paid for upcoming classes. Unfortunately, my second experience was much worse. There was a miscommunication regarding the space and a different room, and the studio was STILL under construction. I requested a call so the situation could be addressed before my class started, but no one reached out. I handled the situation the best I could without immediate support from the staff. While I was setting up for class with my clients present, the owner, Sal, confronted me INFRONT OF MY CLIENTS and raised his voice at me. I was then told I could no longer use the space moving forward and that we were "not a good fit." I would have been completely open to having a respectful conversation and resolving the issue. Especially because I booked 3 other upcoming slots for the month of October. While I was refunded for those, being yelled at in front of my clients was unnecessary and unprofessional. Which is why this review is being left. No apology & UNACCEPTABLE! I recently moved to Dallas from California, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I will not be returning or referring others to this space. Future Peerspace bookers should also be aware that the space may not look or be provided as advertised.

And the level of classes and students are varied and you can attend classes that fit your level and needs. They also do a recital for your kids if you are interested for an addition... I think $60. The negative... I don't think the beginning hip hop class is for "serious" dancers. They are there learning basic moves and I think they are more focused on making it fun as opposed to technique. This is actually what we wanted, but if you were wanting it needing your classes to be more technique oriented, this is not the class for you. Maybe the higher levels focus a bit more on that but I wouldn't know. All in all, my daughter likes it very much and we keep going back. The people are great, the place is clean and professional and the "Dance Moms" I've met were all surprisingly wonderful women.

For 2 kids, the pricing and timing options were very reasonable. The owners are very sweet and engage the kids well. It's very family oriented and they treat each dancer special. They teach with age appropriate methods and my girls have progressed nicely under their instruction. There are two shows a year which does add some extra cost extra but they are cost conscious when choosing venues and costumes. For a similar experience at other studios costs are much higher. While the website is lacking, don't let that cloud your opinion of what the kids will get out of their classes. I'm very glad we tried out this studio! We will be here until my kids lose interest in dancing (and I don't that expect that to be anytime soon).
