Disputed charge with my cc company. Asked Drive & Shine to verify that account information is mine and not someone else's getting free washes with my cc attached to wrong account. they said they could do nothing because of dispute. A company cannot verify their own data base and make sure everything is correct. Wow. I will no longer go there after many years of being a custome.
