I am a very, very picky detailed car owner of new Mercedes. I am so, so very "detailed" that it drives my wife "crazy" with my attention to "the small" details when I clean my car. If I "must" use a car wash it must be "brushless," to prevent swirl marks on my vehicle's paint (black). However, my wife would rather use drive-through car washes when her Mercedes (black) needs cleaning, leaving the vehicle with swirl marks and other hard to remove residue. I called Car Guys and spoke to "Brandon." Need I say, I asked every possible question involving various detailed processes; Brandon took the time to respond effectively to every question. Based on his responses, I felt assured that Car Guys would do the detail (Gold Wash) to my expectations. I took the Mercedes in and waited in an adjacent waiting area of the connecting company, CRS Custom, Body Shop (30+ years). During my wait (approx. 60 mins), the owner (Steve) and the controller (Mike) were very welcoming, providing the "best" of hospitality. In fact, Mike, took my on a tour of the CRS Custom facility, that I will describe, as complete collision repair systems, involving cars, vans, semi-trucks, motorhomes, area school buses and law enforcement vehicles etc. with highly noted repair detail(s). In fact, Car Guys, is located in the same business plaza as CRS Custom Body Shop and other businesses providing other detail vehicle processes (eg., window tint, etc.). When I viewed the completed detail of my wife's 2018 GLA 250 Mercedes, I was very pleased with the overall outcome.....when I arrived home, I walked around car, looking for any missed areas.... there were not any.... every inch of the vehicle felt "smooth to the touch" from the wash and the "clay bar process!" Guess what! I just had my appointment where Collin came to my home to Detail my 2014 Honda Civic. I found him driving around his huge Sprinter Van with the graphics and phone number. He did a full detail inside and out. He has water on board with the full electric self contained inside the van. He vacuum, steam cleaned the interior which was a real mess. I work 10 a day in my car, smoke, eat and drink. It looks pretty much like new again. On the outside he washed, used a clay bar and polished the exterior. Detailed the wheels and engine. Looks great. He even had set up a tent because it started to drizzle. He is coming back to clean up and get scratches and marring of the tank of my BMW motorcycle tomorrow morning. Will update then. read more

Colin detailed my EXTREMELY dirty car today and I'm AMAZED by his results! He's on time, personable, and very detailed oriented. I had dog hair that was embedded into the back of my car that I tried to remove numerous times with no success. He was able to remove all of it on his first attempt. I had my Porsche 911 buffed and waxed at home. The business the owner Colin said it would be done properly. I came home after working a long day at the office and there were spiderweb like swirl marks left all in my paint. I will never your them again please avoid. read more

Scheduled a full detail weeks out as a gift for my sister. Didn't show up at the scheduled time, no phone call and when I called to find out the issue, went straight to voicemail. It's a shame, I look like a fool and my sister wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them to show up. read more
