They handled all of it, no problems. They were incredibly communicative and careful with everything they moved. And when we got our quote, they were incredibly thorough. They quoted 5 hours and we came in at 5 hours. Moving is stressful. But Einstein, Jamar and Sam made it easy. I can't recommend them enough. I politely explained that I would need the move to be at least in the morning and asked if that was possible. Instead of helping or clarifying, the representative responded rudely and repeated that they "don't have a time." I calmly said that if it couldn't be early in the morning, then no worries.
