Just visiting Austin's pizza park n go-karts with the family. Overall not impressed for the price, long slow lines at go-karts meant an hours wait. Laser tag room smelt like a bathroom. Thought the VIP $10 card was a joke, most games the kids played were $2 each. Five minutes later they are back for a top up on the card. To be honest I don't think we will be back here, think there is more value for money and kids entertainment elsewhere in Austin. read more

We had a really good time. In my opinion, it's great for all ages. The rides were really fun for my 4 year old and for our friend's 8 & 9 year old. They were all entertained and had a blast. The only thing is most games are about a dollar fifty so the $100 game card went quick. We also ate at the restaurant. They have a variety of appetizers, meals, etc. the kids enjoyed the pizza and we had the regular nachos which were surprisingly good! The service was lacking however. This is a hidden gem in Austin. I have passed this place so many times and never really knew what it was. It was truly an amazing time. I was amazed at how big the entire place was. It's filled with games, go karting, arcades, a full buffet, and also roller coaster inside and outside. My daughter enjoyed herself here. I highly recommend coming here with your children or with your friends there is a bar area for adults to watch games and other sporting events on television. read more

This place is terrible. My two year old who is tall for his age doesn't want to ride the train by himself, so the staff said we had to pay extra for a parent to ride with him. The place is empty and we had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even access the rides and turn them on with absolutely no lines. The management is rude and employees seem to care less to even be here. It's over priced and not much fun. read more

This review is for THE BUFFET. We Came here on a Thursday at 3:30 pm with my child & 2 of my younger siblings . This is my first time eating at THE BUFFET & it was not good. The macaroni and cheese literally taste like lukewarm, cheese flavored soup. The pizza was cold & hard. Had I known it would be that bad, we would have went home and ate ramen. Then the server had the nerve to ask if we had wrist bands (that were clearly on our wrists). Um, UNFORTUNATELY, YES. $60 gone to waste.. Mini golf was great two courses but everything inside was terrible the games cost us high ticket values are low and if you do manage to get a lot of tickets the prizes really stop at 5000 tickets. The selection of prizes are cheap for the money I spent. As for the food it's terrible we ate a pizza, burger and some chicken dish and it was an F. The pizza is a frozen pizza and they under cooked it. The burger is small and does not fit the bun and it was over cooked. Interesting venue. Seemed that maybe it was once dated but they gave it a face lift. The Adirondacks for adults outside to enjoy to make sure their kids don't make it past them back inside are a good touch. The facility seems pretty clean and well maintained. However, I can see where the complaints of inattentive young staff comes from. We did t have a problem ourselves but I didn't see others with issues that went unaddressed in the game room and the dining room. They had a pretty good assortment of games, but only one confusing game of pinball. But they are more kid focused and I that style isn't as popular. We went and spent a good bit of time simply playing games- a bit priced than some of the other arcades in the are but well kept. They also have rides, mini golf, and more on site so there is plenty to do for all ages! My boyfriend and I went there today, and it was a pretty fun experience overall. My main complaint would be that a couple of the attractions were down, but the staff still let us pay full price without even giving us a heads up. We paid $43 per person for unlimited attractions, but the batting cages and one of the roller coasters were down. Seems like that's something they should let you know before you pay... the arcade was pretty cool and had a lot of games; however, they were pretty pricy (ie $2.00 for a small claw machine) and some of them didn't work very well. For instance, the speed of light game had a faulty button. Mini golf and go karts were a lot of fun. We didn't have any food, so I can't give any input on that. All in all, it was a good time, but there are things they could work on to make it better. read more

The line for the go karts is really long... but worth it for kids. I suggest doing pay as you go for adults and the package for kids. There's just SO MUCH TO DO in the big packages and it literally will take you 7 hours or more to do it all... so keep that in mind before buying a whole package. Asked the bartenders about it and they let me know that the owners didn't want to loose money on walked tabs which is understandable but 100 dollars for a pre auth every time my card is swiped is ridiculous. Two servers who appeared to be in a personal discussion totally ignored us. Didn't offer to help. Didn't bring a new pizza server. I overlooked it. I get that servers are people and while in theory customers matter we all get caught up in what's important to us at the time. Our main server was good. Then my son wanted a bag of skittles as his prize. He had some tickets on a card and We had some older tickets (not on a card but actual paper tickets from this exact place!) we were told they would not accept the tickets from their own location. I've been here a few times now with my kids. It's a great place with lots to do and the price about $25 for unlimited everything except bowling and the arcade games is great. When I come here with my kids, 5 year old twins they always have a blast. There's lots to do from rock climbing, laser tag, mini good, go karts, outdoor amusement park kiddie rides. My kids love the go karts. They'll easily go on that multiple towards in tow. The laser tag is also a hit with them. I've done the arcades with them as well but it's a bit pricey with two kids but my kids love getting the tickets to exchange for a prize. I haven't done bowling yet, but I'm looking forward to that next. The food is okay and I wish the dining area was cleaner. It's not what you come here so it's been rare that I would eat here with my kids. They do have gluten free options however. The service is okay is not one of this place where you need a lot of it. However the attendant are always watching and Makin sure everything is locked in and secured on the rides. If your kids gets stuck on the rock climb because they climbed too high and are scared to get down, they will help then get down. I definitely recommend this park it's easy to get to with plenty of parking and lots of fun thing to do. I even notice they have helicopter rides! read more

This place is CRAZY expensive. I'm talking $60+ for CHILDREN! My family of 5 went (2 adult, one toddler 3yrs and two kids 8&9) we did get wrist bands for the bigger kids so they could enjoy, as well as two adults wrist bands and the buffet for all of us (well the 4 of us because my toddler ate with me). Our total was about $300 (rounded up). Would've been more if I got the wrist band for my toddler to ride all rides but I opted to just pay for his ride with the game card (he ended up not riding any rides so if you know your toddler is iffy save your money and don't buy a wrist band). DGMW it's an OK place but it could be way cheaper! THE BUFFET IS ABSOLUTE TRASH, BASURA!! Not even kidding, I'm a foodie person and love to eat! Only thing they have that OK was the pizza and it was thrown together, the bottom of the pizza was hard almost like card board. Salad bar was sloppily put together ingredients didn't look fresh at all. They didn't have very many options to choose from and NOTHING made sense. The "sweet & sour chicken" was just some baked nuggets tossed in some bootleg sauce! The pasta was literally so dry it looked like it was leftover from the day before I'm not even exaggerating! Myself along with the people in front and behind me completely skipped the pasta! They also couldn't keep up with the amount of people so there was lots of waiting! They don't provide straws so you have to drink directly from the cup! & they don't provide plastic ware, (cups, plates, utensils). If you eat I'd say go to the REVL restaurant (or just eat at home before coming to save money). We didn't eat there but it was packed. We did have drinks from the REVL restaurant, they were premade frozen piña colada's which came out to about $26 for 2 (about 8oz cups ) I don't think I'll ever go back. I'm being so serious. I don't like that it's not really toddler friendly. So if you're a family or single parent with older kids & toddlers I honestly don't recommend. Mainly for kids 7/8 & up. Also be prepared to possible lose some money. Some of the arcade games were broken but not labeled and will still take your money which causes you to have to track down an employee which is nearly impossible. Always a favorite place to blow off steam and have some fun! We have passes to go bowl monthly and the staff is always courteous and friendly even when there is a long wait. The food at the Buffett is OK nothing special just basic pizza and pastas with a salad bar but hasn't ever been cold or old. We have notice there seemed to be low staffing some days and one person will be responsible for running multiple rides at once cause ing some wait that's unnecessary but the staff is polite and tried to accommodate best they can. Even those this is an indoor and outdoor facility they do have pretty good safety measures for things such as lost children. We did notice security working here. The bar drinks and bar food is delicious! Highly recommend for a fun family outing or just to enjoy some time with kids. read more

We celebrated our son's 5th birthday here this weekend. I was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews and had low expectations going in, but I ended up being very happy with this choice of locale. First of all, for reference, other popular party venues around the area (Thinkery, etc.) charge similar rates for parties ($20/pp). But here all your food is included (for the entire day) as well as rides and 2-hour gift cards for the arcade for each kid. Let's talk about the food. Was it Michelin level? Of course not. But it wasn't bad, either. Several of our friends, after taking a bite of pizza, were remarking about how surprisingly good it was before going back for another slice. The mac and cheese was also a big hit. I spotted no brown lettuce. Sure, they ran out of ice mid-afternoon, and sure they had trouble keeping up with bussing dirty dishes. You have legions of kids helping themselves to food and drink for 12 straight hours. As a patron, you either just go with the flow or prepare to pony up major $$$ for a place that can hire even more staff. One area that I wasn't pleased to see more clean was the restroom. I would be sure to have maintenance make regular rounds there every couple of hours. As for rides and games, we had the party on the day of a major freebie event held at the park, so the lines were looooong. We made the best of it and took a break to go home midday. When we returned around 6pm the crowds were much more manageable. We played putt-putt, rode the go-karts and played several arcade games, plus had two meals and snacks, the use of a party room and assistance from a staff member for an hour, plus several little bday freebies, all for a great price. As a recovering Pinterest addict (haha), I am currently trying to seek out situations that are easy and low-stress that allow me just to relax and enjoy my life. Bad experience with management staff. They had a display case with stuffed toys clearly on display with points needed to get it. Once my young daughter got enough points, they didn't honor it. Spoke to the staff, both employees were rude, so asked to speak to a manager, absolutely no help at all. We left with a bad taste in our mouth. Won't go there again if they just don't care. Excuse was, it's for display only, and we don't have access to it. Well, wonder how they got the toys in there In the first place. Very disappointing. Decided to take the family for dinner and some fun on a Friday night during Winter break, only to get there a little after 7pm and the buffet is closed. So okay we'll eat in the bar and grill. Close to $100 later I've paid for 2 kids to have unlimited go karts, Lazer tag and $20 credit toward bar food. Plus two $25 video game cards. Not a bad deal! So we head to the bar with 3 adults and the 2 kids to eat. Well yummy, yummy for almost $20 you to can get a mediocre buffet level pizza. For $10 you can get 5 of the tiniest hot wings you will have ever seen. There was hope with the ordering of a simple cheeseburger, but it came out like it had been sitting for some time. What really topped off the experience in the bar and grill was the rushed and seeming disinterested service provided. It doesn't seem that anyone tries to cater to adults spending time waiting on kids enjoying the place. Our bill minus the $20 credit was close to $100. I wish for that kind of money I had known the buffet was closed and we had just stopped and eaten before we came. Most aggravating was that obviously someone more important than regular paying customers was sitting right next to us getting "Trump style" service and treatment.
