It was a pleasure speaking with her throughout my visit and she did an excellent job at reproducing the style I had requested. I had originally gone for a cut and a consultation for color. The service was good and everyone was…read morefriendly. Me and the stylist had decided on going through with a color correction since i was originally going to go blonde from brown and had red color in my hair. They were super accommodating when I had to reschedule because of jury duty to 7/17. The issues came when I called ahead of time (6/25) if i should stick to the colour correction since I had changed my mind from going bleach blonde to something close to my natural with chunky highlight. The receptionist gave me her number and asked me to send her photos of my current hair and an inspo which i did during our call at 2:02 pm. She said the owner was out of town and wanted to consult her first. I had to take the time off of work way in advance so I was hoping they would call me if they cancelled. The day before I call and the part time receptionist finds out my appointment was cancelled and no one knows why. I am slightly frustrated because again I took time off work and no one seems to know about why it's canceled or anything about the photos I had sent. She offered to rebook me and then go find out but being wary of scheduling more time off without a service I just asked if she could find out first and then call me back. I never received a call back. They were nothing but kind to me but I just felt like as a new client they weren't too interested in doing my hair so I will be going somewhere else. Just a shame because I liked the place before but I feel like its more effort than it's worth when it seems so disorganized.

When I first arrived, I was greeted promptly and kindly by the receptionist and was given a beverage and offered a cookie. Kerri came to get me shortly thereafter and gave me a tour of the salon. We spoke about what I wanted done with my hair, and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. My hair was very long and thick, and I cut off about 13 inches. I got blonde highlights and a bob haircut. I can imagine it was a challenge with the thickness of my hair, but it came out really nicely. My favorite part of the experience there was the room where your hair was washed. It was dimly lit with soft music, and each client was given a scalp massage. It was very relaxing. My stylist spent a long time working on my super thick hair, and I was really grateful for her not making me feel rushed. After my hair was styled, the receptionists and other stylists gave me nice and sincere compliments and made me feel really beautiful with my drastic change. Overall I can't say enough positive things about this salon and my stylist.
