A star for being friendly and on time. Terrible haircuts on my doodles! This is a total scam! She took exactly 2.5 hours for BOTH of my dogs! Anyone who knows doodles know it takes about that time for one dog! They don't look anything like my dogs. I asked to keep their head fluffy and teddy bear haircut. They look nothing like that and she cut my beautiful babies eyelashes off! So disappointed I can't believe I paid $320 for my babies to be literally shaved down and their faces to be messed up with out even blending the scissor cuts! Awful. BE WARNED: these people do not know how to cut doodles! I am kicking myself for trying this company. I was hoping a mobile truck would be easier as we have difficult schedules. Boy I was wrong. Do not make the same mistake! UPDATE: the manager reached out via email there was no phone call. They think there is some way to fix their haircuts. My boy now has a bald black spot on his back. I took him to the vet and she said it looks like the clippers got to hot and burned him so he got a skin infection and lost a patch of hair. I never once rushed the groomer this is an ABSOLUTE lie. Bianca groomed my poodle-mix and my Cavalier King Charles spaniel and did a great job on both. I was especially impressed with how happy the dogs were afterward and how good they still smell a few days later. The owner had to take notes and translate for her what I wanted done at the beginning of the visit, and Bianca made sure she understood what I wanted. My biggest pet peeve is when my dogs ears or tails come back way shorter than I requested and I was happy to see this didn't happen. I will definitely use them again. The convenience of having it done at my home - even though a bit more expensive than other groomers - is so appreciated and way less stressful on my pets. This is the 2nd time I've used Mobile Spaws for my dog, and I'm completely satisfied. Jackie is very patient and does a wonderful job with Rusty. He's part Pyrenees and has lots of fur, and periodically needs a good deshedding. After the groom his coat feels so good and I can tell that he feels better, too. My two mini schnauzers get nervous around new people (the stranger danger is strong with these dogs!) and the groomers at Mobile Spaws have always taken the extra time to let the dogs "meet" them for a few minutes before they take them to the grooming van. Our pups always look amazing and Mobile Spaws is very good at communicating with you, whether they are providing an ETA or there is a need to reschedule the appointment (which has only happened once in the years we've been using Mobile Spaws). If you're reading this review, you likely care a great deal about your pup and their well being. I am happy to give a GLOWING report for this company, and more specifically for our groomer, Jackie. Our 4 year old, mini goldendoodle has been going to another groomer her entire life. We never had any real issues, but we never felt the best about it. If you own a doodle, you know grooming can be a touchy subject and you are at the mercy of the groomer. I brush our pup well and often, but the tangles are unavoidable. That being said, the previous company we worked with would always claim she was incredibly matted and would need to be shaved. I'm not the type to argue with the professionals, so I've always stuck with "whatever is comfortable for her (our dog) and works for you, works for us". Upon Jackie's arrival she checked Wrigley out and discussed options with me. Confirming also that she barely had any matting and could just be brushed out (side note: I've brought her to the previous groomer in better shape than she was for this and they STILL told me she was coated in tangles and would need a shave). Jackie was wonderful in asking for preferences and walking me through the process. Once the appointment got started, Jackie was wonderful! She took her time, and did a beautiful job all while being incredibly efficient. Once she was finished, Wrigley was happy, feeling great AND looking great! Everything about this experience was ideal, and made me feel so grateful that I found them and finally chose to try a new company. MobileSpaws will be our new grooming company of choice, and Jackie is the reason why. While I know this is a long review, I would be remiss if I did not also mention that as soon as I let Wrigley into the backyard post groom she got a very serious case of the zoomies! Which if you're a crazy pet parent too, you know that means they are feeling fabulous! 10/10 would recommend for all my fellow doodle parents out there! read more

William did a wonderful job on our old, hard of hearing, poor vision small dog. Mobile Spaws is the best groomer! I have had them groom my sweet golden doodle every 8wks for the last 4yrs. They are extremely reliable and have amazing communication with me. They send emails confirming appts (so nice!), then they send a reminder the day before. My pup is always SO happy to see each groomer, she runs to them when we open the door. Agave is less than 8 miles from the UT Tower as the crow flies, but was told they do not service this area. Too bad because people are always asking who has a good groomer on our Nextdoor Update! Mobile Spaws is where quality, value, and convenience intersect. Im extremely pleased with my the grooming they have done for my two Maltese. I even piggybacked an appointment for my neighbor on their last visit and she was also thrilled. I'm paying less that I was at another groomer and I don't even have to leave my neighborhood. The only negative is that the generators are loud. In my small condo community, the noise does reverberate, but I had them park near the entrance this last time and the problem was solved. read more
