Throughout the years, she's overseen my care for multiple conditions including SIBO, chronic pancreatitis, gastritis, and issues related to colonoscopy findings. Other than actual procedures, rarely have I ever had to see the medical doctor when I'm under her care, because she's just as knowledgeable of gastroenterology as the MDs themselves. Every time I have seen her, she always asks relevant questions, explains possible causes, and comes up with a carefully structured plan of treatment to help me get better. I have never felt rushed--am encouraged to ask questions, and in return we have a mutual understanding of what the next steps are. When necessary, she's quick to communicate with the appropriate specialists throughout their large umbrella of specialists at Gastroenterology Consultants. My needs have never gone unmet. If I have a question or concern, I can always get a quick response back via their patient portal. Final Thoughts I have been thoroughly satisfied with the care I have received from Jordan. She is such an upbeat, caring healthcare professional and I feel grateful to have her managing my complex GI care. I highly recommend Jordan Gooch, PA for anyone seeking a highly-knowledgeable GI expert with a compassionate approach to get you better. You can reach them at (210) 614-1234.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was taken back to an exam room with-in 5"!! Christie came & retrieved me, she is one of Dr. Nandy's clinicians. She took a brief history, and we discussed who had referred me and why. After documenting the information, she let Dr. Nina Nandy know-I was available and Dr. Nandy came in and introduced herself, and we began to converse. She is very laid-back, yet very professional, in a comfortable kind of way. She listens very carefully and asks appropriate details. After hearing my history, she agreed with my primary care physician that it would benefit me to have some follow up procedures. We discussed her thoughts. She then told me about the preparation required, and said I would be receiving paperwork that would review everything. I expected her to have me call a scheduler or stop by the front desk to schedule, but she actually went in to the calendar and gave me some available dates and scheduled it herself. I worked in healthcare myself for well over 40 years, so it's so nice when you find physicians that are down to earth. I found that with my new primary care physician and both physicians that she has referred me to!!!!! All have been remarkably nice and caring -yet very professional, and competent . In a time where healthcare feels dictated by insurance and government entities it's great to find such knowledgeable yet human physicians, to provide my care !!

Plus, this site only mentions Dr. Robinson. She asked if I had been there before. I said no. She asked for my name and D.O.B. I asked why she asked (since I had not been there before I knew she would not find me in their system). She said if I had been to see any doctor in the area they would not be able to see me. She also told me that the first appointment with him was telemedicine. What? So how is that going to help him see what is going on with me physically - like touching my stomach area? I am super disappointed after the wonderful reviews I read.

Thank God I found Dr Robinson who sent me to the Mayo Hospital In Florida, that's when I met Dr Bowers and they let me work out my own schedule and did tests back to back instead of running around like before to all kinds of doctors . Achalasia was healed but Dr Stephan Bowers forever grateful and when I got home he even supported me to tell the doctors to give me a test when they did not think throwing up blood and screaming the worst pain in my life just by drinking water was valid I got a GI tear and they wanted to send me home even after I showed them pictures of the blood of just one hospital tray but they said I wasn't Anemic from blood test enough ???????? What ? I have a tear ? I called Dr Bowers and he had the brains to tell them give her a endoscopic !! Then my other doctor on call demands who fixed me??? Then says " I can do it today but I want all the doctors eyes on you " Wow , even doctors came in to meet me or show me inventions As a woman in Fremont three one nice doctor out and said" she needs her rest" But he was a Happy Doctor wanting you help out patients in a whole different field . I've seen the Good , very good bed side manners And even doctors showing me how other radiologists have misdiagnosed my xrays That led to serious problems ahead in my life . God Bless you Dr Robinson My life hasn't always been smooth sailing
