The employee helping us told us we needed to tape the box ourselves, which was completely fine. However, when my fiancé went to use the tape that was sitting on the counter, another employee began yelling at him saying he could not use it because it was "complementary." The employee who had been helping us the entire time never mentioned that we weren't allowed to use the tape, so the situation was very confusing and embarrassing. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the other employee raised her voice and told him he had to buy an entire roll of tape just to use two small pieces. After spending $100 to ship a package, being treated that way over two pieces of tape felt extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression.

In it I came across an article on a neighborhood woman's zucchini harvest - she was wearing the coolest Taylor Ducks t-shirt. The logo for the local HS is vintage Americana and I was dead set on getting my own Taylor Ducks tee shirt. The last time I was in Taylor, I swung by the HS and asked where I could get one - and they directed me to Taylor Sporting Goods on Main street, said you can't miss it. They were right - it was beneath a big banner reading "ONCE A DUCK ALWAYS A DUCK". The guy running the place was super helpful, and offered to make a Taylor shirt on their iron-on machine if I didn't find one I liked on the shelf. Their iron-on stock didn't include the cool duck, so I passed. The only one that had the duck, and fit was pink, but what the hell right? I got me a Ducks shirt.

They have a corporate office and then their printer. I've met with their printing crew. I have nothing but a good understanding what they provide. Its a small crew of professionals who have mastered the materials. Spent a couple hours chatting with them and watched them perform their tasks at hand. After highlighting my concerns with our paper, it was apparent that needed to move over and let them take over our printing needs.
