Never reached out to me saying that I needed to pay for the updated ones (no email or phone call). So here I am 2 weeks later, checking in to see where they are at with the cards. I was told the process was never started because I haven't paid. I need my damn cards. Trash

The frustration is coming in to the printing services now a second time and then the employee tells you they don't know how to use the system at all (hits now i am a employee not getting paid to train your staff- make it make now I'm an employee night, since leadership )and hoping that they print on your labels correctly so that you don't rest any more time or paper.not sure what's going on or if this location is under new management, but we have to do better and how we train our employees and make sure that the communication and clear so that there's a proper expectation. It is frustrating that the staff argues with you after sharing they dont know how to use the system. Smh and then turns the screen back to you to figure out which label needs to be printed out. This also may be a personal growth for me and learning more patients. As a small business owner, you have to learn to work with other people, regardless of their lack of customer service skills.

The store really does seem to have all of your office needs, plus some things I didn't expect…read more There were more notebooks and planners than I could count (who knew there was such a demand!). I also found a lot of calendars: small and large desk calendars, wall calendars, day by day calendars. And, this review is in February and they are still full price. Other than that, they sell office furniture: desks, chairs, shelves, filing cabinets. Many pieces are available for you to touch and try out. I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available. There's so much else, so check out the pictures! I wasn't bothered by anyone as I walked around. Two people asked if I needed help and politely left when I said no. That said, the person at the register was false-friendly and obnoxiously enthusiastic. She also had an aggressive memorized speel to try to sell some kind of membership, which I declined quickly with the answer to a single question, but it threw her off, so she continued talking until she caught herself. Someone needs to get her to chill out and act like a real human. Overall, this is a solid office supply store.

Due to its convenient location, I continued to give this copy center multiple chances--more than three--to complete an order correctly, but each time resulted in poor service. Not only does the staff lack a basic understanding of how to perform their job properly, but the manager also appears to be lacking the skills necessary to effectively run the store. After a significant amount of wasted time and frustration, the manager advised that a credit would be applied; however, it was never processed as promised.

I went to this location and not only was it CLOSED permanently, but there is not so much as a SIGN on the doors or window letting a person know where they have moved to. According to someone at the store next door they moved only a few months ago. Other than that information, I got nowhere as I don't have a mobile phone. So sue me! I'm 70 years old and I don't WANT one! A nice lady (a customer there) said to them, "Won't you look up the address for her on your phone?" and no one answered. As I walked out of the store the nice lady was also leaving and she said, "Maybe they will help you at HEB. They make copies there." I asked if they would make copies off a flash drive and she didn't know, but the HEB was just a hop away so I went to the office station there. No, they don't print off of flash or thumb drives, but a nice guy at customer service was kind enough to look up the address for me for the Office Depot which was going to close in one hour or less. I know my way around Austin enough that I could find it by the address, so that was great. Then I get to the Office Depot and one thing I was not told when I had called earlier (other than that they had moved) was that I needed a mobile phone to use the self-serve because they email you a code number that you have to put in the machine for it to work (I guess in case you stole a credit card). Oh great. I don't have one. However, another VERY nice person who was at the self-serve machine helped me out. In case anyone needs to know, I hope I am remembering correctly, but the Office Depot I finally made it to is at 2622 W. Anderson Lane at the SECOND entrance to a shopping area you come to on your right if you are going due on Anderson Lane from Burnet Road. Phew. Really they should at LEAST put on their phone message a number to push "if you need the address that the store on W. Burnet Rd. moved to, press this number." Sheesh. I guess they don't need customers very badly.
