If you ever have a problem with your computer, you will be happy you called this business. I have…read morea Dell desktop and although it is relatively new, for several months I have been having problem with it just randomly shutting down. I'm out of the service contract with Dell and just felt they wouldn't be much help. I preferred someone who could look at and analyze my system. But I work from home and constantly on the computer, I really was hoping to get someone who could come out. I was able to speak to Lindsey over the phone and get an appointment for the next day. I blocked off several hours hoping to get an answer. Lindsey arrived on time and brought her own equipment. I explained my problem and right away she went to work going through some of the basics with the computer to ensure everything was working as it should be and no viruses. Once that was all finished, she did more diagnostics, letting me know everything she was doing as she was doing it. In the end, she made some adjustments that we both hoped would resolve my issue without having to replace any of the hardware. It has been only a few days since, but I would say for now my computer is running so much smoother and quieter and no issues with the computer shutting down. Again, it has only been a week, but even if I do experience the problem I was having again, at least Lindsey told me what the next step would be. This is one of those businesses you hope you never need, but if you are in need of any repairs to your computer, Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable, quick, explains everything and having someone come to you and do the work right there is well worth it.

I would give 0 if I could…read more My laptop's screen was flickering. I contacted Austin Mobile repair for help. But before looking at my laptop, Lindsey told me she was very sure it would be the screen issue. So I purchased a new screen and she replaced it. After replacing the screen, the flickering got worse. She said it was not the screen issue, the wire needed to be replaced. Then she replaced the wire and then the screen is not usable at all, it is flashing and hurting my eyes. Them she said the mother board needs to be replaced. At this moment I don't trust her anymore. If you can't fix a problem, at least do not make it worse. My laptop was not perfect but still usable before her repair. But after that I have to connect my laptop to a monitor in order to use it. Also it is very unlikely to get call back from them. I have to keep calling them.

I was looking for a new cleaning service when I discovered Erica. Erica and her team are AMAZING!…read moreWe have tried different services for a very long time. When we came up on Erica's list and she came out for the first time, we were quite impressed. She continues to impress us. She is meticulous, very professional and caring. What a breath of fresh air! Not only did she take the time to sit with me for almost an hour discussing, in detail, the services she provides but when I did hire her, to my amazement, my home looked brand new! SHE IS AMAZING!!! Parts of my house that others ignored or simply would not touch were bright and sparkling with Erica's touch. Appliances looked brand new. The floor hadn't been this clean in years. She dusted in places that others refused to touch. She and her team did AMAZING work and I feel like I have a new house again. She's not cheap but, then again, why would you want her to be. You get what you pay for and, in my opinion, SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! My advice is hire Erica and don't look back. You'll be glad you did! I simply can't say enough here. I normally don't write reviews but this one is well worth my time.

I called Terry and he picked answered right away and even gave me a quote over the phone! The quote was good and Terry was able to squeeze me in that day as I was between him and the next location and only had a few items. Note that I was very precise on what I wanted hauled off. Terry gave me and estimated time of arrival then called me when he was a few minutes out. When Terry showed up he was fast and efficient the best part is that the quote did not change, what I told him was going out was what was going out so there were no surprises on either side. Terry is a man of his word, I will call him for any future services I need.
