Of course our heater went out during the first snow and ice storm February 15, 2021. I called Bryan, the owner, and he immediately told me what to do to keep the unit running for heat without any damage to the heater and came over as soon as possible. Told us it was just the fan, and he ordered us a new one and the next day we were up and running. Mind you many people were having many issues due to the heavy ice, and snow. Then, most recently our 5 ton AC/Heater failed, called Bryan, he came over immediately and verified it was broken. So, long story short he got us the best deal for a mid-grade reasonably priced unit. I'll never forget what he essentially said, why buy a Cadillac when you can get something cheaper and works just as well. Amen Bryan. Thank you for your expedited attention. Bryan is personable, professional, and honest.

I called Trusted heating & cooling to sign up for the maintenance package. They came out and asked if I had any concerns with our system and told them down stairs unit was just replaced last year and the other been working fine. The technician then went and removed all of our air filters and told us we should replace them cuz they're dirty and left them on the side of the wall. He then went upstairs to look at the upstairs unit and turn on the AC to test it and went in our attic to look at the system. At this time our system was blowing cold air and everything was fine. He then and called me and said there was a problem and had me come up to the attic. He was trying to explain to me what was wrong but was having a hard time explaining it. Something about the board not working which I was confused and kept asking. Well it's been working completely fine today so I don't understand. He then told me I should just call our home warranty and they can fix it. Still confused as to if it was broken or not but said okay. Maintenance the other one. I thought this was very strange but figured out. I'll just have someone take a look at it. He then calls me outside about our brand new unit and tells me this one is broken as well. Once again not making sense and how it was broken that just it wasn't working and I should call the people that installed it and he doesn't want to touch it. It seems since I told him we had home owners warranty, he didn't want to work on any of our equipment because he couldn't upsell us. Also, I think he knew he broke the upstairs and wanted to leave as fast as possible. Once he left and I went upstairs I noticed it was tremendously hot and something wasn't right. I called the office and told them I believe it's broken. When I was looking at the thermostat nothing was working. When I spoke to the series manager he just said that his technician took videos and documented that it was already broken once he arrived. This is obviously not true because if it wasn't working we would have called our homeowners insurance not them to get are semi-annual maintenance before summer. The service manager didn't even try to help us get this resolved and back up and working basically said it was already broken and we are trying to pull fast one. I have never received this type of customer service before. I would never recommend this place to anyone. By far the worst experience I've ever had.

Our unit…read morewas working fine, although admittedly old, but we thought annual maintenance can help prolong the life of the unit. The Yelp page states that Trusted heating and cooling is based on respect and integrity, we did not experience that. We were told the scheduled maintenance to last 2 hours. The technician came in without offering to wear booties. Took down the filters and never put them back in. The technician then looked at the thermostat, turned the A/C on. We felt the COLD air come out. The technician then went to the unit, spent 15 minutes looking at the unit and said it was broken. We said that isn't the case because we could feel cold air at that exact time. He said we should contact our home warranty insurance and walked away. He then looked at our second a/c unit and said it was also broken (it is a brand new unit installed in May 2025) and to go through the company that installed it. He didn't seem like he wanted to work on anything since we told the technician we had home warranty insurance, which would limit his ability to upsell. Once he left, we noticed the first a/c unit stopped working and the thermostat signal light stopped blinking. The heat, fan and A/C stopped working. The other unit is working (thankfully). We immediately called the company back and were told the unit was broken and they will charge us $900 to fix it. And a technician couldn't come back until the next day. We told them our side of the story, how everything was working fine, but they shrugged it off. Stated they have video evidence it doesn't work. The technician was able to use the thermostat, the thermostat light was blinking and the unit was working properly. And now it is reported that it's broken upon seeing the unit. Trusted Heating and Cooling isn't taking accountability for the problem they caused, no ownership and no customer service to even offer to look at the unit to review what the technician reported and to try to fix it. They are following a report with notes that wasn't discussed with us and completely disregarding our point of the view. Do not use this company, as documented with other the reviews. We now need to find another solution to their problem, as we are now left with a A/C system that no longer works.

They came out, told me I needed to repair fittings and copper lines for leaks and they would get me 3 quotes. that took weeks. On top of that they did something in the attic that disable the power to my garage doors and security system all while noticing an arcing wire. I only found this stuff out after they left and found I had no power to get out of my garage. I called them immediately, like 10 mins when noticed. Dallas immediately told me it was nothing they did with out even getting with the tech to ask. I had to get an electrician to find the issue. Why would they tell me they touched nothing in the attic and seen nothing of concern when in fact they did, which they admit later on. I had an arcing wire you and you DO NOT TELL ME, and flip a switch you have no idea what it goes to and do not tell me. The morning before they arrived, I had just praised them and then it all went to crap. So I am still with out a working unit becuase they want to charge me $15k or so for a new unit when I had just spent the $6K or so.
