It's close to the 3 courses we played this trip. About 25 min from Wi-Ko-Pa & Eagle Mountain and only 10 min from Longbow. The courses were all great. So we waited, and waited, then I started emailing on September 18, 2026, and again on September 19, 2026 and finally I heard from someone when I was standing in front of a crack house in Birmingham, Alabama which was located at 1606 Cullom Street in Birmingham, Alabama. The exact address that was printed on our itinerary - Dated July 11, 2026. To call this home a vacation home is absolutely ridiculous. This is a broken-down old home in the hood. Maybe the owners have dreams of renovating it, but looking in the window it was nothing but trash. So, after seeing this by blood was boiling and finally I here from someone providing me a new address, that evidently was printed on an updated itinerary that was sent, but there was no mention of the change of the "vacation home" on any email. So off we went to find the new home. We located the new "vacation home" and again, this was located in an old neighborhood that maybe some folks are trying to renovating the homes, but this from the outside was another crack house. Trash everywhere, garbage cans in the front and back overflowing, landscaping that has not been tended to in months. The gas grill was filthy and had not been cleaned in some time. The back porch was covered with trash and leaves which we had to clean it off to be able to use it. Now I will give credit where it is due, the inside of the house was pleasantly updated, but there is no way I would call this a vacation home nor would I place my clients in anything close to this place. Evidently you and your company do not actually review the houses you are placing your clients in. You and your company dropped the ball on this trip. The brochure they give you does not provide all the steps you need to take, which includes taking all the printed documents to USPS. The info sheet says to print out all the documents and ship via Fedex using the label. They neglect to mention you need to call Rush My Passport to go over the document, and then they tell you you need to print out all your documents and take them to USPS. USPS locations require appointments and they can be weeks out. I'm not sure what the point of their service is. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to the Department of State passport office in Tucson. Get an appointment.

Today I had to put in a request to cancel my policy and the conversation started off okay, as soon as she heard I'm canceling..things turned 180 and she said in a brutal tone that I have to draft a letter and fax it to her(agency rules...I never had to do this) then the phone went silent. Called her again.. no answer.. lucky I was able to get it taken care of with a brief conversation with the insurance company. I get it, losing clients suck and it was an unfortunate situation. We have to remember to do what's right regardless and despite the terrible exit scenario, she was a good Agent prior to this.

Yes it was a $75 dollar resort fee but that is a drop in the bucket considering how amazing the service was. This is a NON inclusive resort meaning the food DOESN'T suck and the drinks are actually good. I have recently purchased 3 more trips with plan to purchase 2 more. I have been having the time of my life with Sears and Vidanta. They have a loyal customer for life as well as my referrals.

I had plans in Paris and have to change them. When we arrived at CDG Airport from Mexico City, our group of 15 people had to wait up to two hours to be picked up, even after making several calls. The next morning, our tour guide, Angela, seemed stressed and started yelling at us. That's not the way anyone should begin a vacation--being scolded by the guide. We took the "Hola Europa" tour, and I honestly don't recommend it. In the smaller cities, we only stopped for an hour or two at most--just enough time to stretch our legs, take a few pictures, and look for a bathroom. There was barely any time to explore. The driver, Petrov, and Luisa, our guide on the last day, were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between Europamundo and the agencies that sell their tours. I booked through Sears, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth it.
