They are cheap, so if you need cheap but not well made, go for it. I bought a vanity elsewhere. The staff are really pleasant and we are happy with our interactions. Remember, CASH OR CHECK only. We brought it back to the store, but they refused to exchange. The warehouse staff claimed that the installer had opened the package and checked when picking it up. However, the package was only opened enough to verify that the correct item was inside--it was never fully unpacked or inspected for damage. There was no reasonable way to see this damage without actually opening the entire package. I understand that damage can happen during shipping or handling, but the customer should not be left responsible for damage that was not reasonably possible to discover at pickup. I would strongly recommend that other customers carefully inspect the entire item before accepting or taking it home, and be aware of the store's after-sale services. To be fair, the sales staff were helpful and professional. My complaint is specifically about the after-sale service and the warehouse staff refusal to take responsibility for a damaged product.

Have to come here and downgrade my rating after the recent experience…read more I remodeled both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom, when I made the purchases, I made it for both and some items were not available during pick up. I was told that they would let me know once they have new inventory. This went on for 2 months and I got no calls. So I had to call them and found out that they did have incoming inventory but the sales person never made the call. Then when I went to pick up, the delivery department insisting an item was picked up while the order was circled from last time indicating it was not picked up. We had to go back, searched high and low with our contractors and confirmed that we never had the item. Then we went through the hassle of emailing and calling them to finally have their agreement to pick up the item. When I thought this is all done, the contractor discovered that a part was missing from the box and I had to call them again. Interestingly they don't seemed surprised. For more than the third time, I went to pick up that missing part and they had a standard form to sign. Probably means this happens a lot? So my advice is that pick up right away after you place the order, if they don't have the items available, cancel them immediately. Also, check every box at pick up to make sure what you have are good, but it can be hard if you don't know what to look for. So now to go over the whole journey and talk about the value of the shop, I'm not sure it's that top notch. Perhaps just focus on what you can buy immediately, pick up, check and leave will be the best value. If you can't get it right away there, leave and find somewhere else.

Putting in another shelf, that does not fit, it's too tight, along with holes that don't align for the shelf hardware had another one that looks like it was cut wrong. A drawer is already off its track, probably worse than that one of the medal tracks is stuck and not attached to the drawer. By they way I've only had these in for a for a couple of weeks. Apparently, these are custom order cabinets... I'm worried how long these will last over the years. I would think twice before ordering from them, quality control is lacking.

Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples.
