When my girls had there first appointment I was really impressed with the guy who did there cleaning.. he was amazing with my girls (5 & 6) we have issues with them being overly shy & not corporative with new people but they opened up to him from the word go.. in my book that is impressive.. The dentist himself was very good at going over all the options one of my daughters has an issue that keeps reappearing & he let me explain everything then told me what he recommended & why.. I like being well informed up front.. I called today to ask how long my daughter should be in pain from getting caps (it's been 1 week) & they had her come in so they could make sure everything was fine.. when we walked in the office manager gave my daughter a feel better gift.. it turned out there was a little cement on the gum line & the dentist removed it in a matter of seconds.. as soon as we got in the car she told me it felt so much better.. The scheduling issues to begin with really upset me but they have definitely made up for it..

They contacted my insurance company at the time and showed me an itemized list of what was covered and what wasn't. I paid my portion in full at the time I had the work done. I have been in 2 times since then for check ups. Not once did anyone mention anything about owing money. Then out of the blue earlier this year I get a bill. When I inquired about this, they said it was for the crowns I had done back in 2024 and a claim that my insurance denied. I checked all my claims and I have paid everything that my insurance company said I owed. When I tried to ask for exactly what claim they were talking about, they said they would just try resubmitting the claim and would not provide me with any information as to what it was for. It has been way over a month since I last talked to them and I have not heard a word for them, but if I look at the bill they sent me back in February, it still is showing that I owe. I haven't received another bill since I last talked to them though, so I have no clue what is going on. I would call them again, but I have already spent countless hours on this and I never get anywhere with them. How can they tell you for 2 years that you don't owe anything and then send you a bill 2 years later. Just a warning, if you go here, double check everything. This has been an absolute nightmare!

I showed up to a 3 p.m. appointment at about 2:45 p.m. for several procedures. The receptionist said I was an hour late. I said that I was not late; I was early. She said that their system showed my appointment to be at 2 p.m. I showed her the appointment card given me by them on my last visit that showed 3 p.m. She continued to insist that I was late. She told the dentist I was late. I continued to inform th dentist that I was not late and that my appointment card showed 3 p.m. The dentist continued to say I was late and that they would not be able to fully take care of me that day since, as she asserted, I was late. Most businesses who make such errors strive to make things right for the patient or customer. Not her. She continued to say that since I was late, she could not get all the necessary procedures done. It's as if she was not hearing my concern and really didn't care. I live more than an hour from their offices and had to sacrifice other important tasks to get to KayCare on time only to be told I was late when I WAS NOT LATE!! KayCare is the closest dentist that takes my dental insurance. I do not recommend any business who does not put the customer, let alone patient, first and foremost. In this case, I think the dentist puts other aspects of her business ahead of her patients. This is unacceptable.
