I had the most excruciating cleaning experience ever. I also had three wisdom teeth pulled that same day. I was awake during the extraction. It took about an hour to have them all pulled. During my follow up visit I walked out during my appointment frustrated by the overall lack of professionalism, poor experience, disregard for my time and poor communication. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Anyway, I no longer recommend this dental office.

My tooth still hurts and bleeds easily, and I'm in a every day pain and Im not able to eat for that side. I went couple weeks ago so they can check and correct the problem, and their response was that they wouldn't do anything because nothing looked wrong. They left me dealing with the pain and irritation; their only solution was to alter the neighboring tooth just to close the gap caused by the crown. In my view, it was completely unprofessional, and they made me feel like I didn't matter to them. Plus I pay out of pocket and they say sorry go somewhere else and fix it because the doctor that did my route canal no longer works there so no body is responsible, Im not rich and I have to deal with bad work in my mouth.

The dentist actually listened to my wife's concerns, gave her a cleaning, and for the first time ever she had zero anxiety in the dental office. That alone was a game changer! But it didn't stop there after months of frustrating runarounds for my kids at UC Health, we brought them to Oasis Dental as well. We needed a second opinion on his teeth, and not only did they give us clarity, they fixed the issue that very same day. And guess what? It was nowhere near as complicated as UC Health made it out to be. I swear by Oasis Dental now they're our go to from here on out!
