We tried Maria's Empanadas, which I've been wanting to try forever, and it definitely was everything I hoped it'd be. So many delicious varieties. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also had a watermelon drink and a pistachio cookie, and everything was perfect. We also had some smoked mac and cheese at the barbecue spot, it was okay, a little too peppery and not as fresh as I'd hoped, but overall the food experience was nice. My husband chose the Spicy Tantanmen Ramen, a combination of spicy garlic ground pork, bok choy, bamboo, bean sprouts, green onions, fishcake, fried onions, shredded Japanese red chili pepper, and marinated egg in pork bone broth. He did not have any left to take home. I was feeling like noodles, so I chose the Yaki Udon and I added chicken. The Udon was stir fried with cabbage, carrots, scallions and onions. Delicious. I too, did not have anything to bring home as I ate every bite. A fun aspect is the food is delivered to the table by a cute robot with a kitty face. It plays a tune as it moves about the room.
