Admittedly, it's not the BEST car wash I've ever been to and the car isn't completely dry even with their blowers, but I finish the job when I get through it. I'll probably let the membership go now that I'm retired and don't frequent the area much anymore, but I do recommend one of their packages by the month. Their answer? They aren't responsible for cars over ten years of age. My wife's car?? It's a 2007 Toyota, with 39,000 miles on it. It spends most of its life in the garage. I have been overcharged on my account since April 2025. Despite repeatedly raising this issue--most notably since January 29, 2026--there has been no resolution. The charges continue, and no meaningful corrective action has been taken. Customer service (330-426-0473) is handled through a call center that can only "raise tickets." Unfortunately, these tickets lead to absolutely zero follow-up or accountability. There is no way to speak with corporate, no escalation path, and no one who appears empowered to actually resolve billing issues. Each interaction ends the same way: promises of review, with no action taken. For a company that relies on recurring billing, this lack of transparency, ownership, and customer support is unacceptable. Customers should not have to continuously chase incorrect charges with no end in sight. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership or recurring plan with Take 5. Until billing issues are taken seriously and customers are given access to real support, this is not a company I can recommend.

They are happy to take our money but yet services are not rendered. I have gone through the wash 2x in a row and I still can't get the bugs off my windshield. Worse part is that the replacement motor is sitting on the floor in their office and the local staff says "sorry" but they are waiting on maintenance to fix now for over two months. How is it right that they take EVERYONE's money but can't clean a car?

It was covered in rock salt and snow slush. After I got through their automated track system to wash the Jeep. I was happy to see all the snow and rock salt was washed clean. I used their vacuums when the wash was finished. And they worked perfectly. Very strong suction. This place is easy to enter in and exit. The staff is very friendly as well.
