My friend and I were out and about and she asked me if I knew a place that does interior car cleaning and I remembered that this place does, so I suggested this place. She opted for the thirty eight dollar package plus six dollars to wash the floormats. They call us over to let us know Everything was finished, and when we got to look at the car there were still crumbs all over the seats and in the consoles and dust still all over the dashboard. I pointed it out to them and the kids said that they don't move anything around, so I asked them nicely to please just vacuum the seats and the consoles and he did but they didn't wipe anything down so I literally took a. Rag and wiped the consoles and everything down while we were there. I think the price is absolutely outrageous for the service you get. How hard is it to actually do a decent job especially when you're paying that kind of money? I understand that these are younger kids they have working there but they could supervise them and show them How to do it correctly. Unfortunately I will never go back here again because for the price you don't get anything really. Save yourself some money and do it yourself if you can. The young men that we talk to were very polite but they need to really be taught. How to clean a car and there? Needs to be. Higher standards because people are not going to return if it keeps up like this.

Took my car in on an amazingly warm day, especially considering the unpredictability of the Cleveland weather. I've been to this location many times, given I am a monthly member however I must say on more than one occasion my car wasn't clean... while I could complain I have just taken it back because I am a member. I do wonder what happens when someone that isn't a member is completed and their car is still not clean... not sure if this is just a factor of going to a drive-thru car wash and not a hand wash however when you spend $35 and up for a car cleaning you want to leave clean! I will say the employees at the location seemed to be working hard on cleaning/drying which is a plus. I and many did seem to be high school students, also a plus.

Paid $10 extra for "wheel brite" and "tire shine" and got this.

I've been coming here for several years but lately the service has been very spotty. I should've checked today but didn't notice until I got home how bad my wheels and tires looked. I paid for the top-of-the-line exterior wash which is supposed to include "tire shine" and "wheel brite". I got dirty rims and tires. For twice as much as the regular exterior clean I would've expected a little attention to detail.

Soap suds!

Wow where do I begin, let's talk price. $12 for soap and water $16 wash plus wax and $20 for tire and rims..... wow wayyy overpriced...I chose $16 since I have a Tesla and wanted wax. This was my first time and since there was a long line I figured, well they've gotta be doing something right. I was so wrong. The place I usually go to is in bainbridge/chagrin and for $12 they include wax. So besides being way overpriced especially for Aurora... the wash was so short and subpar, I actually went straight to my other carwash and had it redone because I knew the wax hadn't worked. Before the soap was all removed this carwash was throwing the wax on..... wow. The washIng process is so short it didn't get all the dirt off my car then the showers were so short the suds were all over my car going into the blower. If a car infront of you gets the interior they have to stop the whole overpriced assembly line for one of their teenagers to jump in, I was in mid shower so that was awesome..... by the time the towel boys were wiping my car down there were suds everywhere. The poor kid had to sit there and several times redo my side mirrors because everyone couldn't get all the suds the first two tries. The towel dryers shouldn't be wiping off suds! There was zero way I was handing over my Tesla car key to a teenager for the interior and exterior service, especially since it was so overpriced and thank god I didn't because I was so disappointed with the exterior that I'll never be back.

Lousy vacuum

My wife and I have been going there for a few years now and the other day was the straw that broke the camels back. Time and time again we get what you say a subpar car wash no attention to detail their problem is that they have a bunch of high school kids working for them. They all stand around counting their tips chitchatting very few are hard workers.

They never vacuumed under the seat. You can see the crumbs and dirt!

They've moved to automated ordering and payment. Service was terrible. Complete rip off.

I clearly requested a full inspection because I am moving soon and needed my vehicle to be reliable. After having my car for a week (exactly 7 days), I approved diagnostic charges and repairs totaling over $700. Throughout the process, I repeatedly asked about the heating issue and was assured it would be addressed. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the heat was still not functioning properly -- and my car is still leaking coolant. When I called the next day, I was told the heating issue and engine issue are "separate problems" and that I would need to pay for another diagnostic. This is unacceptable. I reported both concerns at intake and was repeatedly assured they would be handled. I paid $730 and left with the same two problems I originally came in for. I expected a proper diagnosis and complete repair, not additional charges to address issues that were clearly reported from the beginning. Very disappointing experience.

I'm sorry but if you have the make and model the labor shouldn't vary and neither should the parts. I would stay away from this place if they can't be honest about a simple brake job that shouldn't vary in labor or parts then that means they are going to charge you whatever when you come here.

No door jams were wiped/dried, windshield under wipers were not wiped off, did not open hatch on my suv to dry inside the rear hatch sill. Overall could not be more disappointed and especially with respect to the price. $53 was not well spend.

There was someone in the booth, but I could tell they were not just starting the process. No one ever greeted me or set an expectation. In fact, one of the guys mid service walked by me and lit a cigarette and kept walking. Towards the end of the service of the other car, the owner of the place pulled up behind me and waved over one guys. The other car was in the payment process. Again, walked right past me never said anything. The owner gave him some instructions to do something (later I drove by and I saw them cleaning his car). I left at that point and went next door and got an oil change in 10 mins. Fast forward 30 mins, I went back because my initial intention was to get a car wash and oil change. I pulled back into their location. Waited another 5 minutes behind a car that was getting vacuumed. Both the kids saw me, and never approached or even signaled. I don't blame the employees. I blame the owner. He clearly doesn't have a customer centric mindset or environment. I say this because he had zero issue with pausing his operation to address his own needs of washing his black Mercedes. I am a local resident and typically have a great deal patience; however, this place is poorly run and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't try and make up to me with a coupon, or something to that effect. If you do anything, change your customer service policies and set an example.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

On January 9, 2026, I visited this Valvoline to get an oil change on my 2020 Honda Accord. It was a…read morewindy day as I looked at the the Weather Channel app and the wind was blowing over 21 mph around this time. The highest wind I saw on was 27 mph. When I arrived, there were 7 cars waiting and 1 car in each of the 2 bays. I patiently waited for 2 hours to get an oil change. There was an issue that arose as Eli and D-Lo were finishing up the service on my car. D-Lo opened the garage door while my hood was still up. The wind was blowing so hard at this moment (creating a wind tunnel) that it whipped the hood of my car back so much that it almost ripped my hood off the hinges. Eli and D-Lo saw this happen so they grabbed the hood on each side of the car and tried to close it, but they couldn't close it against the wind blowing. I'm in the car the whole time watching this happen so I yelled out the window, "It's the wind. Close the garage door." Eli heard me and yelled to D-Lo to close the garage door. Eli held the hood of my car from flying off while D-Lo went to close the garage door. There was an issue with closing the garage door so they switched and D-Lo held the hood from snapping off while Eli fixed the garage door issue and was able to close it. They were able to close the hood of my car after the garage door was closed. They finished servicing my car then I left. During this event my car was damaged which I was unaware of until I got home and discovered it. The edges of my car where the hood attaches to the rest of the car were bent upwards since the hood blew back beyond capacity and almost tore right off. The hood of my car still being open when the garage door was opened up created this damage. I believe the hood would have ripped off if they weren't holding it. When I discovered the damage I called to speak with the manager, Nicole. After explaining the situation, she told me that I would have to come back for her to assess the damage to the vehicle. She was not apologetic at all and seemed to be on the defense the whole time. I really didn't have time but I returned and parked in their parking lot. Nicole saw me park then she went over to speak with Eli. After that, she had another employee come out to my car and give me instructions. She told him to tell me that I needed to come into the bay for her to assess the vehicle. I decided not to go to the back of the line and wait again for an unknown amount of time as there were 6 cars waiting. On January 15, 2026, I went to the same Valvoline after work during a snow storm. When I arrived there was no wait and I was able to get right into the bay. Nicole came out with an attitude and asked me where the damage was on my car. I showed her and she said, "Yeah we're not fixing that." I said, "Why not? This happened at your facility under your care. I know you watched the video." She said, "Yes, I watched it and we're not fixing it. We can't control the wind. Our policy is to keep the garage door open in above 45 degree weather." I said, "But, you can control the process and the garage door wasn't open the whole time. It was opened while my hood was still open creating this problem. That's ok, I'll just call back the customer care number." With a smug attitude she said, "Ok they're just going to send you back to me." Then she walked away. I called customer care and they indeed tried to send me back to her. I requested to speak with the general manager and I still haven't received a return phone call yet. I've been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks now. A flawed process of having the garage door closed to do the oil change on an overly windy 47 degree day, to opening up the garage door which created a wind tunnel prior to closing the hood is what damaged my car. Not the wind alone. My car was damaged by a person modifying the environment by opening the garage door which allowed the wind to just about snap the hood of my car off. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Valvoline anymore.

Lots of ways to save - coupons and even Groupons!…read more I'm a frequent visitor of this Valvoline location. Mainly it's just because it's centrally located in South Euclid and easily accessible from the main road. Most of my experiences here have been pretty average. I'll focus this review on my historical experience and latest visit. My latest visit was very impressive! I stopped in for a quick oil change tonight. Wait time was very short, service extremely friendly, and oil service very quick. It was perhaps the fastest oil change in my years of visiting Valvoline. I really appreciated one of the employees (Justin) being very detailed in his explanations, providing sound recommendations, and answering questions. I felt that my car was well inspected and cared for! I felt at ease leaving this location and wanted to specifically come back here next time. Wait times: Generally, wait times at this store are pretty long. This is a very busy location. Peak times appear to be weeknights and weekends. While the lines are well managed, it takes a long time to get in. Plan for extra time during peak hours. Customer Service: Customer Service here tends to be very average. It's because it's such a popular location and there is really no time to be personable with all customers. On slow days, you'll get great service. The employees always help you reset your oil change lights, read off customized recommendations, and generally answer questions. I feel good about their knowledge level. They always inquire if you have a coupon which allows you to save a little! Prices: Prices at Valvoline are consistently higher than at other competitors' businesses. You can find some ways to save - coupons (online), coupons (via mail), coupons to your phone, and even Groupon deals! If you have a little time, stop in at this location to get your oil changed! On a slow day/night, you'll have as great of an experience as I recently had!
