I am so impressed with how clean my jeep is! I take my dog with me just about anywhere that I can. Therefore, the inside was covered in dog hair, dog prints, dog nose prints, on top of all the other dirt the inside has collected! I took my 2-week old new car in to get my dark blue paint protected. Q explained all of my options with no pressure. I opted for a wax and am considering the ceramic coating for long term protection. would recommend taking your business elsewhere.. had 4 speakers and an amplified antenna installed in my Harley, first it took a month to get the work done after I purchased a gift card so he knew I was serious. I purchased it for a couple dollars more for wiggle room, I finally get the work done and square with him and its almost $70 dollars more than my wiggle room, and after that i ask how it sounds with the antenna and they forgot to order or install it.. so.. I waited for 4 weeks, they went over the amount discussed and didn't even do the entire job. "Q" told me.. " I'll call ya by monday to get the antenna done", that didn't happen... so.. save yourself... not trust worthy, not reliable and the speakers they installed are not that much better than the stock ones.... not pleased at all read more

Brought my brand new Infiniti Q50 up here to get window tint done as well as my tail lights. They did my windows and they came out really well, however they were having an issue on my tail lights so we had to reschedule to bring it back to do it again. If I had known about the upcoming issues they were going to have doing them, I would have just said never mind. (The lights on my car have a corner that sticks out so I can see where it is difficult to get the tint film to lay flat, but come on this is a custom shop. It is in the name.) The next time I brought it back up they did get the lights done, however the tint film bubbled and the light was not completely covered. Rescheduled again to go back and have them do it. during the waiting time to get my car back in I noticed a scratch right above one of my tail lights about 4 inches long... Benefit of the doubt says maybe this could have come from somewhere else but seeing as my car barely had 2,500 miles on it and it is literally right above the tail light I highly doubt it. Finally got my car back in for a 3rd time it was better but still has a massive bubble on one light and the other one is not completely covered by the film. Was going back and forth again to get it fixed right, (Which he said they would when new product came in). I'm still waiting and it has been over 2 months. Tried to text and call a few times recently and have not gotten a response. I have tried to be understanding through this whole process but enough is enough. If you choose to go here I wouldn't suggest getting any thing done other than windows. If I can upload a picture of how the lights look I will. read more

The tint job on my car's back window had completely bubbled and had to be taken off and replaced. I took it to Magic City and they did a terrific job. I just took my car in to have the tinting on the driver's and passenger's side windows redone--another great job. I'm planning on taking my car back to be detailed. read more

The service here was horrible. I could write a essay about all the things that went wrong at this place. Window tint job came out looking mediocre, car was scratched in the process. They offered to repair the mess up and did, about 2 weeks later (4 phone calls, 3 text messages, and a walk in later, might I add). However they were not even courteous enough to call me when the repair job was complete the second time there. I just had to show up and my car was sitting outside with the windows down, unlocked, with the keys on the driver seat. So unprofessional. I had my car there well in advanced the day it was suppose to get tinted. It sat outside of their shop for 2 hours before they even took it in to start, then tried to finish it as fast as possible, resulting in the scratch. I know this b/c I drove past the place twice while running errands with a friend and saw it parked in the same spot I put it untouched. Picked the car up to not only find out about the scratch, but they also forgot to tint the back window, that I reminded them about at least 3 separate times. Then as if that wasn't bad enough, while picking up my car they had one of their children (2, or 3 yrs old) wondering around the shop area, posting up against my car and everything. When it was all said and done, I paid for everything and they ask me if I want a receipt. "Umm yes" I said. He came back out and said their ink was low and it would take about 5 mins to replace it. I waited, and about 10 mins later had a receipt in my hand. I spoke with one of my good friends a few days after this mess, and I told him I got my windows tinted. His first question was "you didn't go to magic city did you." That's never a good thing to hear. After telling him my story, he told me his. It was just about as bad. Actually I should get him to post it on here for everyone to enjoy. Needless to say, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I would never trust my car or anyone's car in their hands. I was hesitant about taking it back the second time for them to fix the last two things they missed originally. Also after leaving I come to find the dude who did the window tint, left a razor tool in front seat. Hopefully people check yelp before going here and find another place that actually respect their clients. read more
