I wanna say better, but it's what it is. However, on this nice and cool, very sunny day today, when drying my car, I noticed these marks on the rear passenger quarter panel. They are marks taking only the surface paint off the vehicle. So I believe, 'these are coming from the car wash'. So I summoned the manager, and he denies they're from the car wash. I said to him, "You're going to say that." He alleged they were impact marks, but there were no dents or gashes. After he felt them, I then took him to the front of the vehicle, showing him impact marks from highway driving. You can clearly distinguish the difference between the two. So I'll doctor those marks with this paint I have already purchased from the dealership to address those chip marks on the front of the vehicle. I just thought that needed to be shared for others to know that may have similar concerns. Fyi, he said to me, "Then why haven't others complained about it?" And I told him because they don't realize it yet. I understand why some people don't use this type of car wash. It's those pros and cons. Someone previously said to me these types of car washes will scratch your car up. I should've known because my car was scratched after my very first wash going through one of their car washes.

Also, make sure to pull your side mirrors in as they will definitely get whacked if you don't. Had to pay $10 more to have mats washed and hatch area vacuumed, neither of which actually got done to any real extent (see photos). I sat for 25 minutes watching the guy sitting sideways out my car doing nothing or heaven knows what. This was after being directed to leave a line where the 2 guys were actually doing their job nicely. Anyhow, the things they don't do that I think are reasonable to expect; wipe door jams, of all hatches and doors, vacuum areas specifically paid for, clean the windows, clean the dash and the instrument cluster, wash the floor mats that you pay extra to have washed, wipe down the car from remaining wet after the auto wash, wipe headlights, tail lights, and side view mirrors, clean wheels. I'll throw a couple pics in. About the best I can say is the wash got rid of some built up grime from the weather. The service provided is crap. I think it must be because in that areas they only cater to people who drive very expensive cars. I just drive a Mazda so my car is probably half the value of the average customer and doesn't warrant any real care in their minds. About the best I can say is at the end of the day it's just car wash. I'll get it cleaned up somewhere else and I wasted $55.00 and tax knowing after years of avoiding the place, it was likely to disappoint. ​

I pay something like thirty six dollars a month for unlimited washes. Admittedly, it's not the BEST car wash I've ever been to and the car isn't completely dry even with their blowers, but I finish the job when I get through it. For the money, in my opinion, it's well worth it. I'll probably let the membership go now that I'm retired and don't frequent the area much anymore, but I do recommend one of their packages by the month. Also, the people working there are always really nice and friendly. Very much so.

I do not give many one-star reviews but when I do they know they have it coming. I don't know how it's possible but my car came out dirtier than when it went in. Standard pay station I chose the $16 car wash which one would think hey that's going to be a good car wash it's probably going to clean my car pretty decent. I was wrong. The two employees that were there obviously would have rather been anywhere else and their work ethic showed it. I should say lack of work ethic. Whilst I got guided in to the car wash I had to swerve to go around the tip box that was placed conveniently in the path of the car wash entrance. It is definitely a very small tunnel car Wash and I kept wondering where all the water was. Or the soap. To call this car wash mediocre would be a compliment. They did have a complimentary "detail station" with free vacuums which, coincidentally, we're unable to suck anything up as they appeared to turn on but neglected to actually work. No big deal I'll vacuum at home. I went over to the detail Center to grab a towel to tow off my car and there were two in there that were being used and reused. No clean ones just two dirty ones. Fortunately I keep towels in the car and were able to deploy ones that weren't already filthy. I did manage to have a look at my tires where apparently I paid to have them slop some black slime over just the left tires the right ones remained untouched. I was able to grab one of the filthy detailing towels and wipe the crap off of my tires to try to make them look a little bit less disgusting. If I didn't know any better it looks like axle Grease. While trying to clean up my car employee number two managed to work her way out of the office and come patrol the grounds where I advised her that the vacuums don't really work and she said it'd be like that sometimes. I then showed her all of the slop on my tires and she suggested oh you only bought the $16 wash if you want the good wash that's $25. To her credit she did offer to let me go through again however I'm not going to put my truck through that. Overall it's mismanaged, a lack of maintenance, and a lack of employees that give a rat's patootie about a decent car wash. 0/10 avoid at all costs

I quickly determined that the 9 gallon minimum for discount on car wash would be $5.40 more than other gas stations but because I had a $2 coupon it would end up being about 6 of one half a dozen of the other scenario with getting the 9 minimum there and the discount car was vs driving to another gas station. So the kid proceeds to fill up my tank which I didn't ask for and I had jumped out to try and stop it and told them I want a refund for the car wash because they didn't discount it (no coupon deduction) and the "manager" Jacob stood with an attitude and told me no refunds - take it up with my cc company. I pulled up asked the young man that came to help me for a fill up, 4 rockstars, and a cartoon of LD red 100's. The young man said LD menthol, I said no the reds. He started the pump after I popped it open for him, as the gas was pumping he went inside to get my cigarettes, came out with the wrong carton as said "Shorts" I repeated LD red 100's. He then went back in and started to walk around between getting my beverages and finishing out the gas. All with the carton on his hand. It wasn't until he came out of the register hut and said the total and took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. He came came back out at handed me the wrong carton of smokes and the wrong beverages he got me monsters not rockstars and when I said I asked for rockstars and LD red 100's. He went to go correct the error, and they were telling him what he usually does (which means this is not anywhere near the first time this young man has made an error) his co workers told him that was not how to use the register to correct the error. The next thing I know the Owner young man came out already heated, and accused me of not saying exactly what I needed correctly and started accusing of lying. He also said that he has had a problem with me before. Again I have been going there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I even congratulated the young man when he told me that he bought into the business. I also told him that for what it is worth, I was proud of him. I have been acquainted with this young man since he was 16. Back to this evening, he continued to not only give me an attitude but then started shouting at other customers. All while still calling me a liar. Stating that he tends to beleive his employee that has something to loose, as where my only issue is I got berated and accused of being a liar, and am out $120 + until my bank gives me the money back because his employee wasn't paying attention to what I said, and charged me for the wrong items. Then I am the one that gets banned for supposedly being a liar. Which is no way to run a business. I could understand if I was being obnoxious or loud of swearing or being just a complete jerk. I even offered to move my car up to not block other customers. But some how I am in the wrong. What the young owner doesn't understand is that it wouldn't matter if he didn't ban me, after the way he was acting I would never go back there again. Their gas is always higher than anywhere else in the area, half the time they don't have what people need. I also have driven away with the wrong items before and just sucked it up. With the holidays upon us we all need every dime we have. I just hope that my money will be refunded as promised and further legal actions do not need to be made. The way that young man is acting towards customers was very aggressive and scary. So beware of going there, if you don't want to be accused of being a liar. And being threatened by the owner. Just never will I ever go back there and neither will any of the many friends I know that frequent there.
