This is my all time favorite pizza from Northwest Indiana. I have never strayed away from ordering there thin crust pizza. Their sauaage really is good and their topping are exceptional. Last night I went with the Super 6 combination which has sausage,ham, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and mushroom. Soo good! I also ordered their tomatoe bread which is fantastic. It is garlic bread with bruschetta and tons of fresh provalone and mozzarella melted on top with fresh orefano on top. A definite must try! read more

I've been coming here for years, I've seen a lot of new faces in that time but never any complaints. It's our favorite pizza in the region hands down. Anyways, tonight our order was accidentally swapped with someone else's. No biggie - accidents happen and it definitely wasn't our favorite pizza combo we got but we still ate it. After eating I got a call, it was the manager Dana (I'm horrible with Names but it was Dana or Donna) and she basically asked if the order was correct and I told her no it wasn't but no big deal. But she was Like hey we messed up how can I make it right? She was going to deliver another but we ate and we're full so I kindly declined. But she wanted to make it right so she HAND DELIVERED a gift certificate to my house for a replacement pizza at the end of her shift. I've been down on my luck lately and this honestly brought so much warmth into my heart and I'm just all around super happy with this location and their manager Dana for going above and beyond. Really odd experience here tonight - Service: Waitress was one of the most flighty I've had in a while. We visited with another family, and first we all ordered drinks. Drinks came out, however big my wife and I were missing ours! We asked her and she couldn't remember what we ordered, then when they finally came out she STILL mixed them up!! Then we ordered pizza, Asked for Sausage and pepperoni. The other family ordered mushroom and pepperoni. When the pizzas came out, they were both 1/2 and 1/2 with each topping!!! We were too confused to even bother commenting. Then of course she forgot to split our bills. That turned into another confusing mess as it took two people to properly use a calculator to make this happen. Food: amazing as always. Despite the goofy toppings everything here is always great, I can't say any more. Cleanliness: bathroom has kind of a weird smell, but the restaurant is clean and I have no worries eating here. Aurelio's is definitely my favorite spot for thin crust. I recommend it with jalapenos, it contrasts perfectly with the sauce they have.

I was once again disappointed by my dinner tonight. I keep thinking I should support a local business and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it is always a letdown. Once again my order is completely wrong, and not what I ordered at all. It's actually a lot of food that's a lot cheaper than what I ordered. When I call back all it does is ring and I cannot get a human. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone and if you do decide to take your chance then I highly suggest you check your ENTIRE order prior to leaving. I've had several calls into management over the years due to incorrect orders and nothing has changed. Just save your time and money and go to Beggars or do something else. read more

Ordered a pizza for take out and service was speedy. We even added on cheese bread. The pizza was delicious. The toppings were generous the crust was so good. The pricing is more then fair. The pizza was still hot when we got it home. This was so good there were no left overs. If you are in the area you should stop in and dine and if you need a GREAT pizza to take home this is your place! Would definitely recommend. Will definitely be back! read more

Understanding that Aurelios are franchised, and every location has different owners, I have never experienced such poor customer service. And sub par quality pizza as this location puts out. We order our pizzas a certain way and ALWAYS have them repeat the order back to us for accuracy and still they screw it up. We called back and spoke to some gentleman who claimed he was the manager and he wouldn't do anything about it. He was rude, condescending, and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. I felt as though I was speaking to a foul mouthed adolescent. We asked for the owners name because at this point it was more about the principle but was told he was going to do nothing about it. Most Aurelios have great pizzas and the service is always above expectations but this one absolutely was sub par! Besides that, everyone had their masks on but does nobody no good when they wear them as a chin strap. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES NEAR THERE WHOSE PIZZAS ARE TASTIER AND MADE THE WAY YOU ORDER THEM!! read more

There are few things as good as pizza. So on a Saturday afternoon pizza sounded delicious. Called aurelios after having so so experiences with this location in the past. Called at 3:22. Was told pizza would arrive 45-60 minutes. Sounded great. Problem was the pizza did not arrive until nearly 4:40, brought by a driver that refused to get out of his vehicle and was kind of a dufus. Came back into my house finally ready to enjoy pizza but it was very cold. Delicious but cold. Can't say I am anything but disappointed. Will never return. read more

Very different experiences. If you're ordering out, pizza is fantastic. Best gluten free anywhere. Expensive, but good. Ate in at the restaurant once for a lunch. Only a couple tables of customers were present at the time. Not busy at all. You'd think it was rush hour. Slow as all get out. 50 minutes before two of the people in our party got their food. Sandwiches were marginal. Fries were marginal. Pizza was great. Salad was great. Ive eaten many times at the Joliet Aurelio's. Their service is great. So for Crown Point, I recommend ordering for pickup. Get the app so you can get the points and get discounts because it's not cheap. read more

Our party of 5 was seated immediately at 5:30 pm on Friday evening. Service was good. Payment is taken at one central location which took over 10 minutes. Long line and a lot of carryout orders. This seems unacceptable. As for the food. Sauce is on the sweeter side. If you like that then this is the place for you. read more

I ordered a couple pans of Mostaccioli and a pan of garden salad from the Crown Point location for my son's first birthday. First, I tried calling a week ahead to order, and they told me to call 3 days before because it was "too far in advance." When I called 3 days before, they told me to call the night before after 7pm to place my order which was cutting it very close to the day of my son's party, but I was finally able to place my order. On the day of the party, we had a family emergency at our home and had to cancel his party. I called the restaurant to let them know I was unable to pick up my order because of our family emergency, and the manager got on the phone and was extremely rude telling me I had to come pick up my order because it had been ready for over an hour. I was crying on the phone because I was so stressed out and told the manager she could reuse the food (I had not paid for it) and she told me it was my responsibility and hung up the phone. I understand it was inconvenient for them to have to deal with the food, but I was dealing with an emergency, and mostaccioli and salad can 100% be reused elsewhere. I can't believe a MANAGER thought it was okay to speak to someone like that. Aurelio's will never get mine or any of my family member's business again. read more

Went this past week while on vacation in nwi. Our server Kristen or Kirsten was absolutely phenomenal! I recently found out I'm lactose intolerant and still struggling with making sure I don't eat dairy. I chose the buffet not realizing how much cheese was on everything and our server was so amazing when she found out I was lactose intolerant she went to the kitchen and asked them to make me a small amount of food without the cheese on it! Obviously it was my mistake and i was willing to suck it up and eat pork chops alone but seriously she went above and beyond to make sure I got to try some of the foods! It took an hour and a half to deliver a medium pizza and wings to my house in crown point. I used to love this pizza... I don't know what happened.... I honestly couldn't tell you what's different, but I don't like it... Much at all. There was definitely too much cheese, and the pepperoni tastes like... Ham? Weird ham? I go way way back with Aurelios. I knew Joe personally and went to high school with both of his daughters .I use to go to the original Aurelios in Homewood all the time. I moved out to Crown Point about 12 years ago. The one in Crown Point is very very disappointing. The service is ridiculously slow and the dining room leaves little to be desired. My pizza has been screwed up I don't know how many times.Burnt or they don't know where it's at. The manager never seemed to care. That makes it all the more aggravating, especially when you're paying top dollar and I do mean top dollar. I think they've priced themselves out of the market. I love their pizza when it's made right, but the competition is half the price. I don't mind paying more for quality, but they go overboard. If Joe, God rest his soul, ever walked into that place, he'd shut it down in a heartbeat. What tells me that I'm not alone, is that they close so early at night. Go by at 10:30 and they're closed. Someone needs to do a complete overhaul of that place and start taking care of the customers and business in general. We drive to Homewood when we want Aurelio's!! read more
