We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

I'm very pleased with the laminate flooring installation and especially want to recognize the…read moreinstallers for the excellent job they did. They were professional, careful, and respectful of our home. They worked hard to keep everything clean throughout the installation, which I really appreciated. Also James Nielsen made the floor selection easy by suggesting the best fit for the style of our home. The project did take longer than originally scheduled, and I was disappointed that the deadline was not met. However, the installers discovered that the existing subfloor was in much worse condition than expected, which understandably added time and work to the project. Not once did Nielsen Fine Floor ask for additional funds. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished floors. The installers did a beautiful job, took pride in their work, and left our home clean and looking great. I would definitely give the installation crew high marks for their workmanship and completed the project with excellent attention to detail. The finished floors look beautiful. I highly recommend this installation crew for their quality workmanship and dedication.
