I'm so happy I found Lunar FX - they're local to me, responded quickly to FB messages and through text and the car looks great. The price was very reasonable (less than 1/2 the dealer!) for ceramic film, which will help keep the car cool this summer. They also offered a warranty, included in the price (very important - with a car like this I want to keep it looking perfect). The work was completed quickly, the car was returned to me clean and ready to drive. The film looks great and now I'm ready to enjoy driving this car all summer! They tried to correct the issue so I give them 2 stars-but the over topic is 1 star. The owner did speak to me & apologize ( admitting fault) but that doesn't correct my paint. My paint looks like a little kid painted their nails. I worked with cars for years- this isn't right. I'm sure they didn't do this to the sports cars all over their Facebook page. I asked them to vacuum my car and spot clean some stains. They wiped down the dash, but didn't get the stains. So why wipe the dash? I called to correct this & they basically blamed the lack of communication on me. The paint correction was horrible. I gave them a paint pen & they didn't sand or shine anything properly. I felt so disrespected, they thought I'd be okay with that quality. And I got a ceramic coat- that was fine but I have a horrible taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I won't be back. I can't believe I actually paid for this, 1,200. Check the locations of the posts about this company none of them are from where this company is. It's all fake. Don't trust what you read!!!!!!!!!

Becky at the front desk has amazing customer service whenever I called, I received text updates from Dottie, and everyone I interacted with really empathized with my situation when I first came in. I didn't even know how dangerous it was that I had driven here following my accident. I wasn't planning to drop my car off that day, but their technicians said if I was their family member they wouldn't feel safe having me drive the car in the condition it was so I understood the urgency. I knew what to expect with my insurance company and that of the driver at fault, and while I had to drive a rental for 3 weeks when my vehicle was being repaired everything was really straightforward. When I received my car back it felt like I had a brand new car again and I was really grateful to their team for getting my family back on the road with our car.

There is also a mechanic there named Chris who told me to grab things that I needed out of the car but failed to tell me that I had to grab EVERYTHING and clean the car out so they could work on it. I also personally witnessed this same mechanic treat the receptionists poorly, speaking to them like they are stupid and yelling at others in the back office so loudly that I could hear him in the waiting area. The receptionists are very nice and super friendly but the mechanics could do better at explaining where stuff is/how things work especially since they have a large lot. I don't normally write bad reviews, but this one is deserved, I do fear.
