brought my 2023 ram 3500 in to have the two front windows and the upper windshield tint strip installed . the front tow windows came out alright but they couldn't cut the windshield strip to come straight across my windshield they cut it so it went from 6" on the side to about 3"in the middle of the window which is useless for block out sunlight. I asked why they couldn't do it and the guy explained it was because of the curvature of the window which is completely wrong.. I showed him pictures of my other truck with the windshield tint the correct way and he just ignored it. so I told him to remove it and I would have it done back home in Pennsylvania which I did . and the guy here had 0% problems with making it look great. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Blackout tinting. and I also shared an article about how to properly cut and install it on a truck to which I got no response . read more
