I recently brought my 2023 Tesla X Plaid to Matt Daversa at Beadz for a color change. I employed…read morehim to do a colored paint protection wrap (PPF), ceramic coating, tinting and interior detail. Because I bought my Tesla thinking I was going to get a vinyl wrap and use a limited amount of clear PPF on the front and high-risk areas to protect the car, I bought my Tesla in grey as I was advised that grey & black were the best colors if you're going to vinyl wrap a car. I then got a few quotes for vinyl wrap that weren't much cheaper than what I ultimately paid Beadz to color PPF the entire car. While researching my choices, I discovered colored PPF and how colored PPF is much better for a long-term color change and providing significantly more protection then a colored vinyl wrap. When I queried several of the companies for wrap quotes for colored PPF, I was told that colored PPF is "Way too difficult to do," "Would be way more expensive than vinyl wrap to accomplish," and "We strongly recommend against getting PPF." Thus began my exhaustive YouTube search. What I learned is that IF you can find someone with a true talent and gift to properly install colored PPF, then definitely do it as you'll be very happy, but IF you can't find that special person, stay far away from colored PPF. I searched not just the Lehigh Valley, but also a 60-mile radius of the Lehigh Valley to find the right detailing company. Well, I know I've found a rare, extraordinary, and exceptional talent in Matt Daversa at Beadz. I'm extremely happy with the phenomenal job on my Tesla, and Beadz completed my car exactly the way I wanted it - actually, they well surpassed my overall expectations. Even more important is the absolute best customer service that Matt and Beadz provides. From our first call, to helping me find the right color PPF, to putting together a very fair price quote, to giving me space and time to make a final decision, the overall experience has been the absolute best I could ever expect. Most importantly, I feel like I have established a fantastic long-term relationship with Beadz. No doubt to keep my car looking this good long term it's going to take work following the appropriate cleaning & maintenance regimen. Matt has been helpful in teaching me how to maintain my car and how to properly wash it with the right products to use. I will, especially in the winter, be bringing my Tesla to Beadz for frequent maintenance washes. Matt is helping me buy extra PPF in my color, so I'll have plenty extra over the years for any areas possibly needing replacement. My car being outside in the real world, driven every day and my high expectations of keeping my car looking exactly as it does today, means there may be times I need to redo a specific area of my car. Life happens; I may/will get areas needing repair. I know I've found the right partner in Beadz in providing long-term maintenance that will exceed my expectations! I offer you my absolute highest recommendation to use Beadz for not only colored PPF and ceramic coating but also for all your detailing needs for the absolute best work and just as important - amazing overall customer service! I have three kids who play sports and their dirty cleats and equipment are always in and out of the trunk, and some spills on the weather tech mats, in the cup holders and of course some junk in the door storages, console, etc. The mats not only look brand new but the carpet underneath as well! There isn't one crumb to be found, or evidence of any spills or cleat mud/dirt/grass etc. Matt, the owner, is super responsive to texts which is our preferred way of contact as well. When we picked up the truck he explained everything done and answered our questions about future services, and is just a nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. His employees were super friendly and talked with us as well, as they were finishing up the truck. I would highly recommend Beadz for any detailing needs. Check out their other services as well such as paint protection. We will be back to Beadz regularly! I wish I got some before and after photos before it rained but I assure you, I am obsessed with my truck and always want it to look immaculate. Beadz exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable price.

This shop has gone above and beyond to provide me with top-notch service - from start to finish, my experience was nothing short of convenient, efficient, and affordable. Sarah called to provide me with a detailed explanation of additional work needed as well as an estimated cost before proceeding. All repairs were completed in a timely manner, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. What impressed me the most was the incredibly affordable prices. I have used several auto repair shops in the past and none compared to the reasonable prices I paid here. They were upfront about the costs, and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges which was a relief. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was provided with exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and an affordable price. I highly recommend DevoughWerks to anyone looking for high-quality and affordable auto repairs.

I usually go to Nissan for all of my maintenance because I get free oil changes. This time I wanted to try a different shop because the dealership I go to is in Feasterville-Trevose so any type of car maintenance is very time consuming. I saw Safari had good reviews and was right done the street from me so I figured I would check them out. Not only was I able to get an appointment the same day, I was also able to get one 45 minutes after I called! Once I got there I was told it would need brake pads and rotors so it would take a couple hours. It didn't take that long! I also had an issue with one of my TPMS sensors and they were able to take care of that as well. As I was checking out, I decided to ask Alan about my other car. It is rear wheel drive so I normally don't drive it in the winter. Last winter I didn't drive it enough so the battery ended up dying. I was looking into investing into a battery tender, but I was not sure if that would be the best option for me. Alan gave me great advice so other car should start right up when the weather gets warmer. My experience at Safari Automotive Service was awesome! You go to these big dealerships, have an appointment, but spend hours there when you have other things to do. It's ridiculous! Safari got me in and out and was able to give me useful information about both of my vehicles. As far as value goes...you gotta pay to play. Cars are expensive and require routine maintenance in order to keep them running on the road. The staff were friendly and honest which is a breath of fresh air. Sometimes shops try to take advantage of people, but I didn't feel that way with Safari. Another bonus about Safari Automotive Service is that they do auto detailing. I will have to check it out this summer! Thank you Safari Automotive Service for your excellent service!!!

First and last time I'll be taking my vehicle here or recommending anyone to have their vehicle serviced here. Jeff passed my vehicle for emissions but failed me for the State Inspection. Didn't charge me for the Inspection (hence the two stars). The reason for the failure was that the speed rating for one of the tires didn't match the other three and below the rating that the vehicle called for. I called the shop where the replacement tire came from and they couldn't find anything in the PA State Inspection manual that would warrant a failure of inspection due to a tires speed rating. I double checked it myself and couldn't find what Jeff was referring to and Jeff didn't produce it either. Jeff didn't offer to replace the tire in question, just offered for me to go to another shop that would pass me. Failing for personal reasons and not according to the PA Inspection code isn't ethical. The other shop was willing to pass me where the 4th tire was purchased, just a hassle to have to go through all of this.
