I came in last week and they gave us the wrong order. We called the mall and they assured us to come back and it would be taken care of. We came back today and they instead charged us again. The food was not fresh, the pretzels were hard and didn't taste any butter. The staff was friendly so no complaints there. The general manager is the one who recharged me for my purchase.

They weren't busy or crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be completed. The food was hot, fresh, and had the right amount of spice. I ordered the #3, which came with one tender, one chicken sandwich, and fries. I opted to go hot. The spice was there but no to over powering on the chicken tender. The sandwich for some reason was hotter than expected. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the pickles are always so delicious. There's plenty of seating inside, very clean, and staff was very friendly and ensured all the orders were correct!

This location was sure busy and wasn't sure if we would be able to dine in but right after we placed our order on the kiosk a table had just opened up. Few things to point out before I get to the food. You can order at the counter, but they also have two kiosks that you can order which made it nice bc there was a line for counter orders so we walked right in, placed our order at the kiosk. The only issue that it's so tricky when ordering from the kiosk bc you have to make sure you click each item per chicken. It's not per order so really pay attention if you need to modify. My daughter and I both did meal #1 which comes with two tenders set on top of bread, pickles and fries. I got the lightly mild bc I don't like spicy food and no pickles. You have to make sure you say no pickles for chicken 1 and chicken 2. It's really weird. And bc it was our first time there it took us a while to make sure the order was exactly as we wanted it. My daughter got medium for her level with no bread and no pickles. Again click no bread, no pickle for each tender. My daughter loves spicy foods and she said the medium level is actually the perfect amount of heat. The seasoning they use on the chicken and the fries is what makes it good. I thought the lightly mild was perfect bc it had that tiny kick to where I could enjoy it. Now you also have few choices for sauces like ketchup, honey and it also automatically came with a sauce and not really sure what kind of sauce it was, but it just wasn't for me. I really wished they had a house made ranch or honey mustard bc sometimes you just want to dip your tenders in lol. So I was really disappointed that those weren't an option. Lastly, we have the crinkle fries. I've never been a fan of crinkle fries.....but these crinkle fries are the only crinkle fries I'll ever eat. Absolutely loved them! They were crispy and the seasoning....muah . Overall, my daughter and I thought they were okay and next time her and I will share one order bc neither of us were able to finish the two giant tenders plus the fries. Which makes ordering kinda cool bc you can do different levels per tender .

You grab a number and enter that number in the kiosk. They bring the food to the table without saying anything. They guy didn't asked if we needed anything else. The food is good, but in my opinion is is overpriced. It has small portions. I got the chicken sandwich and spice cheese fries. Both were good. My coworkers got smashed burgers. They have patio seating. They also have plenty of parking.

The location is easy to get to from Manchester rd. and they offer plenty of parking spots for customers. When we got inside, they have 4 kiosks for ordering so you can review the menu and then order when you are ready. During the ordering process, you can choose if it's a dine in or take out order and then you grab a number and type that in so they can find you when the order is ready. Of course, before paying, they have an option for tipping so do with that what you will. After paying for my order the kiosk told me that when my order was ready, a team member would bring my order out to me so I went and sat down at a table after picking up napkins, a fork and some ketchup. They also have a self serve drink station with a tap just for water, but the cups are really small so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle if you have one. After a few minutes, I received a text to let me know my order was ready and that it would be brought out shortly. After about 10 minutes, my friend already had her order delivered to the table, but mine was still missing. I decided to go up to the counter to ask about it. The workers were busy, but one of them did ask me what I needed and I let them know my order was missing. They could not find the order and so I had to show them my receipt (thankfully, I had it emailed to me because you could always decline a receipt). I showed my receipt and the text that my order was ready and so they told me they would start a new order for me since they didn't have mine. All I ordered was a coffee milkshake and some cheese fries so it shouldn't take too long. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my drink/food and after about 5ish minutes, they were handing it to me. I was shocked that they didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake and they did not even say anything to me either when handing me my tray. The customer service could use some work in my opinion. The cheese fries were good as usual and since I was trying the coffee shake for the first time, I was not overly impressed, but it did taste fine. However, there are other places with much better coffee shakes so I probably won't order it again. I am not someone who frequents Shake Shack so I don't know when or if I will be back.

My oldest daughter and I met here for lunch and her husband was coming to join us when he was thru with work (Christmas Eve 2025). I had a Choose 2 with a bacon spud plus a half craft ham sandwich (the manager told us that a craft is a custom sandwich) white bread, ham and Swiss cheese only, toasted with a dill pickle spear on the side. My sandwich came out correct, the potato was fine, had their sweet tea to drink. Everything was just good but before that we were waiting in line to order over 5 minutes when the manager came out of the kitchen and said if we were paying with a card she would take the order, which I was. She was very friendly and informative and got my tea drink but turned over the other drinks to her counter help but that took forever. It turned out it was the young man's first day and the nozzles were off the soda machine so rather than ask for help he tried to fix it himself. Not good, not pretty to watch. That was the main hiccup. I must say the manager was a nice lady, polite, helpful, but sorry the counter staff was a waste of air. Since we were waiting for her husband we looked around and three guys, all likely under 20, were leaning onto the counter. They may not have been looking for anything to do but I had to wipe down our table as it was dirty and most of the tables I tried first had crumbs on them. I did not see the old "trick" other McAlister's used of laying the number stand down on the table to indicate that the table needed to be wiped clean. The food was good, manager good, food out of the kitchen hot and fast, it was the table tops being dirty and service staff not being productive and cleaning those tops that were our complaints.

It remains a very reliable fast-casual option. New Menu Items Tried: * Whipped Feta Dip (4.25/5): Absolutely scrumptious. The balance of the savory feta with the drizzle of honey makes this incredibly addictive. It was genuinely hard to stop eating. * Hummus (3.5/5): A solid option with decent flavor. Given my previous experience with the pita here, I opted for fresh veggies for dipping, which worked out great. However, I personally prefer a creamier, more tahini-forward hummus, and it could have benefited from a slightly heavier drizzle of olive oil on top. * Spicy Harissa Chicken Gyro (3.5/5): A bit of a mixed bag. While they were generous with the sauce, the actual spice level was surprisingly low and it lacked that robust harissa punch. * Quirk: I requested the roasted potatoes instead of chips. The potatoes were executed very well, but the plate oddly still arrived with a side of chips. Hard to complain about extra food, but plating was a bit confusing! Bottom Line Update: Still a highly convenient, clean, and consistent spot for Mediterranean.
