We arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and the line was wrapping down the sidewalk. Surprisingly the service was quick - even with the long line we only waited about 10 minutes for our food. The staff was extremely helpful with their menu since we were newbies. The food is prepared fresh. The chicken was hot, juicy and flavorful. The chicken strips are HUGE. We actually could've shared one meal. Beware: even the lowest "hot" level is still pretty spicy. So if you're sensitive go with "0" heat. And don't pass up the frozen lemonade! Price is pretty reasonable. I think we paid around $20 for two combos (chicken, fries and drink). We've been back more than once after our first visit. We are customers for life!

Two single slices of tomato for a torta this size doesn't make much sense. The lack of meat can make a lot of bites just straight bread. My qualms with the burritos I have tried (the Cali burrito and breakfast burrito) is their use of potato wedges as the potato can be over powering. My suggestion would be a straight cut fry so that the other items in the burritos can be enjoyed as well. Service is always friendly and quick. As for ambiance I appreciate that they have different things playing on the different TVs.
