I paid over $9 for the bourbon bbq brisket sandwich meal with potato cakes, got home and realized I got a bun with a few slices of meat, one half piece of bacon, and one small sauce drenched onion ring...and curly fries. I hate curly fries. The top and bottom buns touched. Arby's may have the meats, but they aren't putting the meats on the sandwiches. Their new ad should say "We Have The Buns".

Suddenly, the lunch I made just looked like depression. No it didn't smell and it wasn't nasty. Have you ever had one those days that you just don't want what you made for lunch but you don't know what you really do want to eat? Well I had one of those days this week so I hiked to my car and went trolling for whatever caught my fancy. Now I am not a big meat eater but you have to love those new Arby's "We've got all the meats" commercials. So you guessed it, I hummed the sweet beat of that commercial and I looked for something to eat quick (I know people that work at Arby's are beyond tired of people doing that but it is cool!!!). I opted for the Grand Turkey Club (a warmed sandwich) - I had it w/o any mayo or bacon. It felt like they lady over the intercom knew me - she asked "would you like curly fries and a Pepsi with that", damn it man, yes I do, that is exactly what I was going to ask for! The people were nice and prompt, the food was warm and tasty so lunch time crisis adverted.

Short rib smothered fries. Messy! And not that good.

The batter is nice and the mild is just enough for me! Just a little bit of spice. Big pieces of chicken and I'm forever thankful. There's no inside for customers. You either come up to the window and order, call in, or order online. Then there's a separate window to pick up. The person at the window was very nice! Cannot wait to come back and take it up a notch.

It added plenty of flavor without overpowering the chicken, so you could still taste the quality of the meat. It was a great balance. I also ordered the 3 piece tender meal with no spice for my child. Unfortunately, she said it was too spicy for her to eat, so I would recommend they pay closer attention to orders requesting no spice. The signature Chuck's sauce that came with the meal tasted like a combination of barbecue sauce and honey mustard. It was actually pretty good and surprised me. I was a little disappointed that they don't offer regular honey mustard or barbecue sauce as separate dipping sauce options. I also ordered honey as a dipping sauce for both meals, but I only received one small packet of honey for all eight chicken tenders. One packet simply isn't enough for that much chicken. This location is next to Cecil Whittaker's, and both restaurants share the same front counter employee, although each has its own pickup window. There is no indoor seating, so this location is pickup and delivery only. Overall, I really enjoyed the chicken and would definitely order it again. Next time, though, I'll double-check that I receive enough honey and that a "no spice" order truly comes with no spice.

But after an intense Costco trip, we were wanting a hearty sandwich. They are located in a strip mall, where they are many other busy businesses so parking can be a little tough. But going in, they were packed! Tip to tail, it was just people trying to get their food. And, that was us waiting a while to come in to pick up our goods. So, absolutely order ahead because it will make it somewhat easier. We ordered: The JD Cold Shoulder - cold cuts on a garlic roll with chipotle ranch. My husband loved his, and glad he ordered it with the garlic roll. Joe's Spicy Italian - this was spicy and sweet, and it really hits when you love a good spicy italian sandwich. You can choose your bread, and I opted for mine to be on a French roll. Great sandwiches, long wait, but just really good and worth the wait!

Since they close shortly after lunch, I'd highly recommend ordering ahead if you can. The sandwich was enormous....easily enough for two meals for some people and loaded with fresh ingredients. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. At $20, the value was definitely there considering the quality and portion size. One of the best deli sandwiches I've had in a long time

I am not typically a Gioia's fan, I have had cold sandwiches in the past and they were just ok, I am not a fan of bagged lettuce is probably the main reason. It overpowers everything to me but most people can't even taste it. Large parking lot so plenty of parking. You walk up to a window to order and they hand them out at the other window. A few picnic tables and a cart with condiments and such. We each took our turn in line and then grabbed a table to eat. The orders were prepared quickly and soon we were all enjoying our sandwiches. I got the roast beef on white toasted. No cheese, no butter, just plain. I wasn't sure what to expect based on white bread, but it was a typical sandwich roll. I wish I would have asked if they had au jus because it did need something. I got some giardiniera and that added some heat but I think au jus would have been best. The roast beef was plentiful and had a great flavor, I was pleasantly surprised.
