Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup, Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT

The food here is always good and the service is quick. There are typically many seats open and there is a lovely fireplace that adds to the cozy and local ambience. As far as Panera or Bread Co goes, I'd say it's a nice spot for a quick bite to eat or a study session. Definitely one of the locations I prefer to eat at.

We placed our order ahead because we were in a bit of a hurry, and unfortunately the system did not work well. Between the time we ordered two sandwiches , it would eventually be about 25 minutes before we actually received our food. However the manager, was very helpful, sympathetic, and took good care of us. The restaurant was clean and had lots of bright natural light.

There are fewer and fewer healthy options at this chain. I thought that I figured out a way to get a decent salad by ordering extra lettuce on a Fuji Apple Chicken salad (minus the chicken since I'm vegan). Today I was offered this tiny bowl of salad. When I asked where my extra lettuce was I was told no. I ordered a chicken salad with no chicken. I didn't get a discount for leaving off the chicken. No extra romaine for you lady. So lame. They also messed up my order. Bathroom: C Update: I got a response and a credit from Panera. I moved it up to two stars.

Favorite part about bread co is the healthy choices for a fast food price/ wait time. The new sandwich's are very tasty. Using the app there are tons of deals and if you sign up for the sip club you can get a free soda/tea/ coffee everyday.

Tables not bussed, salad was not fresh. Definitely not up to the Panera standard. Employees could care less if anyone was there.

I love soup so much and it is very clear that the owner of Soul Soup does too! What a great concept…read moreto create flavorful soups for the public to enjoy! Honestly, the 2 soups I tried the other night are still on my mind and I am trying to figure out how to have them again! How can I re-create them? How can I purchase a gallon of them? I cannot wait for the next pop up! When we went to The Vandy the other night for some cocktails, we knew that Soul Soup would be on the scene serving up 2 different soups for us to try (The High Life and Thai Me Up). The menu was posted on Angie's Insta page a few days in advance of the pop up (see photo of the menu) and I just knew we had to try them both! When we arrived and placed our cocktail orders, we also asked for a bowl of each of the soups to try and when they were brought out the table, they were piping hot and smelled so good! I was happy to know that rather than adding in the bacon to the High Life, they could serve it on the side so that my dining partner could enjoy the bacon while I just wanted to enjoy the soup with the pretzel bites no bacon! Two bowls of soup was a perfect amount for the 2 of us to share and when we were finished, Angie came out of the kitchen to meet some of the customers - it was so nice to meet Angie and she is seriously so friendly! I will keep my eyes peeled to her Insta to see when and where she will be next and you should too! It's soup season and if you want some of the best soup in STL, this is the place to find!

Quick service, great staff and delicious food…read more I was craving a sandwich, so i stopped by here heading back to the office. The menu is plentiful and has so many different sandwich, and salad options to choose from. I was contemplating between the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the Cubano. I opted to get the cubano. My sandwich came with slow roasted pork, ham,Swiss cheese, deli mustard and pickles. I got mine on white bread. They put the sandwich in the oven to warm it up and melt the cheese, then gets dressed in what ever toppings you want. I chose to keep mine as is. The pork needs a little more seasoning, but over all, it was delicious. The meat was very tender, bread was so fluffy and soft. The deli mustard was not too tangy. I also grabbed a lemon cheesecake cookie. It was soft, chewy and had cheesecake pieces incorporated into it. I would definitely get that again. Plenty of seating inside and seating on the patio. It is noisy inside so if you're looking for a quieter place, i would take my food to go. The parking lot can become busy and congested due to it being in a plaza with other businesses. I will be back to try other sandwiches!

The restaurant is super clean and has a calming, zen vibe. The menu is creative and everything is absolutely delicious. This was THE BEST matcha latte I've ever had. Aaron listened to my food sensitivity issues, took me seriously, and knew what to do before I even asked. Amazing. Hubs had the breakfast burrito bowl and he hasn't stopped talking about it since. We found a the door locked when we arrived but lucky for us he opened up just as we were going to leave. Aaron told me their hours can so unusual right now. I did not ask why, but I recommend that you call ahead to make sure he's open. Amazing, healthy, CLEAN food in St. Charles County! NO ONE else is doing this outside the City. What a find. As a foodie , long time vegetarian and health coach, my quality bar is rather high and Heartwood def met it. We took the server's suggestions on what to eat and completely enjoyed the black bean burger and the curry (not spicy) noodles. Even the individual ceramic plates added to ambiance of the meal. We'll be back soon to try other yummy hand crafted dishes!
