Came here for a quick pretzel snack. Auntie Anne's has had, for a minute, mini pretzel dogs encased in their signature pretzel dough. I had to grab some for my mall walking snack. I placed my order at the kiosk: a cup of 10 mini pretzel dogs. They were cooked perfectly : golden brown pretzel dough surrounding a great tasting mini dog! The service was efficient (less than a 2 minute wait to receive my order) and the staff always pleasant. The ambiance was fast- paced, as a quick service kiosk should be. All in all, one of my go-to spots for a quick snack pick-up while in the mall. read more

I come to get a pretzel every time I come to the mall. The customer service is so awful! No eye contact, speaking at you (not to you) and just plan ole rude. I think everyone that works there literally hates their job. Today was the last day of me walking across the mall trying to purchase anything else at this location. read more

I spent all day getting kids excited about a mall date to get pretzels. They've never had Auntie Anne's, but I grew up on them. Oof, ok Ill deal with inflation-now $5 a pretzel, I'm here to introduce them & treat. We ordered an almond cinnamon & original. The pretzels in the tray looked rough, shriveled, and not well seasoned. I asked the worker if it was possible to get fresh ones, they said no they were fresh. I asked, how about more almond topping, since it is an upcharge, but no they said that was the allotted amount. Re-lookong at my previous yelp photo, wow the pretzels we got today are a disgusting comparison. I thought maybe they'd taste fine, I didn't want to tell the kids nevermind, after our long walk, so it was what it was, they'd be smaller. but when we ate them, I should have followed my gut instinct because they did not taste better than they looked. They were hard & over oily. Daufhter took a few bites,, then asked for something else.. very disappointing experience. unless it can be improved, Wawa has $1 pretzels that are always fluffy reliable and they will freshly make. read more

I had a taste for a delicious pretzel, and since i had not bought one in years, i ordered it. It was shortly after they opened, so I expected the pretzel to be fresh. I even asked the staff member and she said that it was freshly prepared that morning. Though it was edible, it certainly was not the same caliber of pretzel that I have come to expect. I have no interest in purchasing another one any time soon. The staff member provided good customer service. read more

Auntie Anne's - Regular pretzel - Pretzels Near Me - Hanover, Maryland

This might have been the best anutie Annes experience I have ever had especially the pretzel bites

We walk up to get pretzels and there's two registers open. My wife and I get to the register and the young lady walks away and starts tossing pretzels. We think she's just helping out with prep before she takes our order but no, she walked away from the register because she was done. No one said anything to us. We're just standing there thinking we are going to be waited on and didn't receive not an inkling that we needed to relocate to the other line. Customer service is horrible and it needs to be fixed asap. read more

Auntie Anne's - give and get the gift of dough - Pretzels Near Me - Hanover, Maryland

My Aunt Anne started making pretzels about 3 years ago. Now she won't stop. She opened up this store in the mall and won't talk to me or her kids anymore. Aunt Anne is if you read this, your kids love you, your family loves you. Uncle Rob just wants you to come home. He is sorry he said that pretzels aren't important and you should go back to work as a Pediatrist. Casey loves you and says he is sorry. If you come home, you can talk to the pretzels all you want. Real talk Aunt Anne, David has lupus. He needs you. You sent him some packaged cheese sauce but your son needs someone to drive him to his doctor's appointments and Uncle Rob is trying but has to work double shifts at Long John Silvers just to get by. I know you love pretzels. I know you think they will replace all food in the future, but the truth is I need you too. Clara is pregnant and you said that you would co-sign on an apartment with us. Everytime I call you, you just say that pretzels are more important than all of us and you don't give a shit about my lease and I should just live in the mall like you or in a house made of pretzels. I can't and won't raise my kid in that sort of environment. Thanks for the free mini pretzel dogs, but you need to get your house in order and offer ketchup. read more

Auntie Anne's - pretzel made by an obsessive maniac. Come home Aunt Anne! - Pretzels Near Me - Hanover, Maryland

Now I know the reviews are bad, but this is about my experience. I know it is possible that I got lucky lol but it is only fair that I rate about my experience. I ordered a cinnamon and sugar pretzel and it was good. The cashier informed me that the item was not immediately available, but it will be fresh and hot in 10 to 15 minutes. I appreciated her for telling me upfront before taking my money and trying to force me to wait. I'd much rather wait for a hot and fresh item than get an overpriced stale tasting item that has been sitting under the light for hours. This company is overpriced in general, but I don't mind paying when it satisfied my sweet craving. I also ordered a mango lemonade, which was also good. read more

Pretzel hotdogs with cheese and jalapenos. That's all I'm saying. Didn't even need any dipping sauce. Wish they had seating...then I would give them 5 stars. What a great snack on the go. read more

this AA Pret is nicer than the ones in Walmart. They accommodate your PRETZEL request on time no fuss.

This location always has a long line. Poor customer service. And they seem to wait until they've run out of a type of pretzel before making new ones. I was told it would be 10minutes for a plain unsalted pretzel...in the middle of they day, on a weekday. I can only image how it is on the weekend. read more

I wonder if the owner of this little kiosk location knows that the employees don't care. There's no pretzels and they're yelling at each other. HA! Good luck. read more

We often come to Arundel Mills Mall to see advance movie screenings and have to get there early in order to ensure we get a seat so often times we need to grab something to eat while waiting in line. Last night we got to the mall, left my husband in line for the screening and my son, his girlfriend and I headed to Auntie Anne's to get something to eat. There was only a short line and quite a few employees behind the counter so I figured this would be our fastest option for a meal on the go. I ordered 1 regular pretzel, 3 jumbo hot dogs and a large Dr. Pepper at 5:42. The clerk told us there would be a 10 minute wait for the jumbo prezel dogs and I said that would be fine. Well, 15 minutes later, still no pretzel dogs or any type of update from the clerk, I inquired if it would be much longer because we were in a hurry, he went to check and told me only 2 more minutes, well 10 more minutes passed and still no jumbo pretzel dogs, they did however replenish the regular prezel dogs in the case at this time though so I don't know why we weren't even given the option of changing our order. Finally, after 2 more times of my having to go check on our order, we were finally given our order, the time was 6:15. At no time did a manager come to talk to me even though I'm pretty sure he was the one who was walking around in the back. We were offered a free drink, which I declined since we had already purchased one and the clerk was apologetic but still, come on 30 minutes for a pretzel dog???? We couldn't even enjoy them because by the time we got back to the line we were being let into the theater. Not very impressed with this location, seems to me the manager should make sure he's aware of events in the mall that would bring more people in looking for a quick meal to go, the entire time we were waiting a constant stream of customers came and went so one would think they would have been prepared. The jumbo pretzel dogs were delicious but I can't give a better review because of the atrocious service and lack of management at this location, and customer service was non-existent. read more

Not much to say besides burnt, dried out, stale, and undersized. It's probably a good thing the pretzels are smaller here than other auntie Anne's locations because the pretzels are barely edible. I can't think anything positive to say about this auntie Anne's location. It's really a shame because I love auntie Anne's pretzels (when they aren't from this location) read more

Just ate pretzel bites from here and a couple hours later I was vomitting and poopin mud slides. Something isn't right. Never had a problem eating from the Columbia location. Beware they are unclean obviously. I'm sure it's the chipotle bug I have ! Yikes. read more

I wish I could continue to like this place but it has become difficult. The pretzels have become inconsistent. You never know whether the pretzel will be cooked properly or over-cooked and dry. Additionally, the loud, rude gentleman at the register who yells and repeats every part of your order to all the customers in line, and EVEN loudly yells out what type of credit card you give him provides the absolute worse level of customer service. I am sure this is not helpful to your business. Please find another task for him and make a more consistent product and your business will improve. read more
