I reward myself for coming here so I can redeem my rewards of Pretzel. I regret it. The Pretzel was not fresh.

Ordered a salted pretzel and it only had three salt crystals on it. Poor quality control.

Getting through the drive through is the only downside. You have to loop around the restaurant three times to get through. It's absolutely nuts and the only reason I wouldn't recommend this store.

Today's visit was for this very reason. Upon arrival, the line was already long and disorganized, but to add to the lack of efficiency, a female staff member who was taking payments decided that she would exhibit the lowest level of customer service today. I am not sure where she thinks she works, but she does not have the right to disrespect customers. Not only did she initiate the disrespect, but also perpetuated it by going on and on about it. This female employee actually had the audacity to engage in a back and forth disagreement about the contactless payment process, while smirking the entire time. Instead of taking the payment, ensuring that it went through and staying quiet, she decided that she felt superior about how contactless payments work. The manner in which she handled the situation, proceeded to discuss it with the customer behind me and then call her general manager Noemie on the walkie talkie was all out of order. Instead of the manager coming to me to determine what happened and doing nothing, she should have spoken to the employee about the unprofessionalism of initiating and arguing with customers. Completely despicable behavior and an absolute disregard for customer service etiquette. At the end of the day, an employee's behavior, whether good or bad is indicative of the leadership.

Willy's is a small restaurant that has great farm to table food. The food is great! I had the two…read moreegg special with maple sausage. The sausage is amazing! The maple flavor actually bursts out of the sausage. I enjoyed the homemade home fries and the rye toast was excellent. We will be back to Willy's.

I don't write reviews lightly, but what happened at Willy's has crossed every line of safety,…read moreprofessionalism, and basic human decency. My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

I went here a few times in the first year living in Russett including in November 2020 as it was just up the road to Hanover. My parents & I enjoyed the chicken at the time when they visited the week of Thanksgiving. Their chicken was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. It's no Don Pollo, Sardi's, or others, but it does the good and was convenient at times. The last time I went to Lima's was in October 2024. It was Friday, 10/11/24. I had a Poker night at an acquaintance's place in Arundel Mills area, and this was on the way. I wanted to eat beforehand as I wasn't sure what the food situation was going to be. Ultimately, Lima's kind of pissed me off. I was asking about trying samples of a couple of the sides (as I didn't remember; it had been maybe 2 years since I went), and there was a language barrier, where I had to repeat, which was frustrating. I ate in the restaurant. Cashier was unfriendly, and I realized they charged me 10 cents for the Anne Arundel County's stupid bag tax, or maybe it was Lima's just wanting to charge the fee. It was complete laziness on their part to not ask me whether I was eating in the restaurant or taking it to go. I know it's only 10 cents, but it's the principle of it. I won't return here.

Yeah, there are probably better burgers elsewhere (I actually like McDonald's burgers as fast food…read moreburgers go.) But sometimes I just want something reliable and at McDonald's I know what I'm going to get. I've lived in this area for years. Some years I've visited more frequently than others but I usually visit this store at least a few times a year--usually the drive through. I don't know when they did their renovation. I think it was years ago, but my first time inside was a couple weeks ago. The "new" interior is grey and sort of industrial. It still feels like a McDonald's but the seats at the side window feel sort of cafe-like. I'd sort of consider coming in the morning just to relax with a cup of something. Today, I had a taste for a burger but nobody else in the house did. So, I decided to go to McDonald's because I knew what I'd get. However, I tried the Big Arch, something new. I had to wait a few minutes; so I think it was cooked fresh. Yay! I got home and tasted it. Nice burger! Yes, it's basically a double quarter pounder with a different bun and sauce, but it's a good burger nonetheless. At $8, it's a pretty good deal. If I get it again, I'll ask for less sauce, more pickles, and bacon. If they had a deluxe version with slices of tomato, I'd be happy.
