This was my first time but my friend's hundredth (her words!) There was plenty of parking. We were greeted upon entry and informed that we could choose where we sat and just to scan the table QR code when we were ready to order. We chose a high top and a server brought us water. The vibrant colors and decor gave off excellent vibes. I ordered the Karaage Bowl (on greens instead of rice AND all the sauces on the side) and a side order of seaweed salad. A server brought them to our table. It was not necessary for us to get up once we were seated. Everything was SO GOOD. Like, "I'm mad at myself for not coming here before" good. All of the sauces were amazing too. I ordered them on the side since I wasn't sure how I would like them all, but I think I'll leave them on next time. The "greens" were a mix of lettuce and cabbage. The side of seaweed salad for $2.50 seemed a little small when they brought it out but it was packed in there and was plenty. The server came around a couple of times to check on us and top off our water. We bussed our own trash. There was only one unisex bathroom that I saw. There seemed like a lot of takeout orders going out (it was a little separate from the dining area which was nice). There was also a lovely outdoor area that would be nice if it wasn't 100 degrees. I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

It took a few months, but I finally stopped by on my way home from the Raleigh airport and was reunited with the chain. It was late, so we just ordered at the window and ate in the car. I ordered the 8 Layer Veggie Burrito (without sour cream). It's still just as good as I remembered it when I lived in Arizona. There was only one person ahead of us in the drive-thru, so it took maybe about 3 minutes for us to get our food once we ordered. I would consider Del Taco to be a healthier Taco Bell. It's not something I will drive 45 minutes out of my way for, but if it's in a convenient location, I'm all about it.

This is the typical fast- food taco restaurant. It offers many food items and combo options and drinks, which is what I look for in a taco place like this. I went for a hard-shell beef taco and a cheeseburger (I was curious about trying one from a taco restaurant). The taco was good out the hamburger was OK. I mean, not the best I have had, but I would come back for more tacos.  Staff was helpful and friendly. There is plenty of free parking. Again, I would come back for more tacos, and only tacos.

I think there's a sports ball thing going on somewhere, too. One person ahead of me and I gave the nice lady my order. The tacos came out pretty quickly, followed by the beer, cool and frothy from the tap. As I've mentioned before, there is a nice adult contemporary soundtrack that is neither background or overpowering. It just hits, and you can chat over it if you want. Or sing along. After a nice bike ride, I stopped in and ordered their three shrimp tacos. I've had them before, but they seemed even more amazing than past visits. Were the shrimp larger? Were there more of them? (4 per taco seems about right!) It was such a lot of food (added to the hazy IPA) that I had to take the last one to go. It may last the night. Or it may be breakfast. I think I've had their burger once. I'm such a sucker for grilled shrimp! Hehe. They have sides and apps as well, but I can't even finish the main!

And the staff is super attentive and friendly to everyone in the place. They have a new-to-me slogan - don't yelp, we're here to help - which I think is fantastic because it's all about giving people the opportunity to make things right, not bitching on social media. Definitely nothing to complain about tonight. This place is great. And I love their celebration of minds of all kinds.

Our server was very kind and patient when half of our party was late. Thankfully it wasn't very crowded when we visited. I had the Big Sky Grilled Salad with chicken and ranch dressing. It came with the wrong dressing at first, but since it was on the side it was an easy fix. My salad was just ok. My husband had the bison burger and said it was excellent. My family has experienced hour-long waits for burgers in a nearly empty dining room, cold fries, cold buns, overcooked burgers, undercooked vegetables, and sloppy presentation. On one visit we left without eating because the food took so long. On our most recent visit, the steak was removed from the bill because it was unacceptable. What disappoints me most is that I believe Ted's has the potential to be a great neighborhood restaurant. I want a dependable place to bring my family for burgers and steaks, but I no longer have confidence that the experience will match the price. My hope is that management looks beyond individual complaints and asks whether there is a larger operational problem. Long ticket times, inconsistent food quality, and poor execution are not isolated issues--they are symptoms of a system that needs attention
