If you are running a pizza buffet, imo, you should always have at least one each of cheese and pepperoni pizzas in the queue coming out of the oven at all times. I would definitely eat here again. I would probably skip the buffet only because it's a little painful. Then again I'm basically reviewing this one visit I had and maybe it's not normally like that. And even this one visit was pretty good. The people at the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. I revised my review as far as stars go because it really is a good place.

I wanted to scan my rewards for a free item, however the girl running the register was unaware of what to do, so another girl helped her. However, it seemed as if everyone except the girl who was making online orders had improper training. When it came to making the chocolate milkshake, the girl at the register went to ask for help. The girl she went to ask for help seemed unaware on how to make the milkshake even though the directions were a available, so they ended up giving me a cup of chocolate ice cream with whip cream on top. Please have better training and customer service skills!

You can see it from the intersection with the McDonald's, and if you know West Milton that's an easy landmark to find. It's part of the main strip. We like ducky's ice cream in Troy and we also like grandpa Joe's. Its early March right now and duckies is closed for the season. Now I have four daughters, but in particular my fun six year old, who just loves ice cream. I wanted to do something special for them. My oldest says this: The ice cream is great. The customer service is something you don't find it any of the chain stores. You can tell this is a mom and pop and that they care about treating the customers well. She got the flavor called "kitty kitty bang bang", and was pretty good. It might not be a go to favorite, but it was something new, and it was pretty good. It's an original, you couldn't get in anywhere else. Next one says this: I got this flavor called "this just got serious" and it's really good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is there for the first time or likes caramel, chocolate, or vanilla. Third one got Oreo blast, Oreo madness. She's six and doesn't exactly remember the name of the flavor but it has a lot to do with Oreo cookies. She got it in a homemade waffle cone. She says "I love Lala Sugar land". My four-year-old says: it's so good I wuv (love) it. She got the birthday cake in a regular cone. It's a small mom and pop shop. It's a little bit duckies in a little bit grandpa Joe's. It's over in West Milton, right next to that amazing hill for sledding. The kid at the register was engaged and attentive. She is learning the ropes but she knows a little bit about what they have and what taste good. There's an old rule that says never trust a skinny cook or at least never trust somebody who hasn't tasted what they're selling. They know what they're selling and it is delicious. They have some very nice seating inside, higher stools, and then cute little kids tables. They also have several picnic tables out front in the grass so on a sunny weekend day that would be the place to visit. Good place to stop. Park around back.

This morning the cashier didn't even greet us, kept talking to other coworkers because that is obviously more important than a customer. Once I asked my question she didn't even respond... at least she could say "okay let me check for you" but no, she kept having her casual convo. I placed my order on the app and when I showed to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready, they didn't even know about this order. Gave me excuse that they're busy all morning, but there was no customers when I came up even. It's a Monday morning, it is not that busy. Just horrible. I couldn't wait for another 15-20 minutes, so I just got a refund which is going to take 5-7 days as usual but it just adds to the frustration.
