Everyone has to start somewhere, and I genuinely wish them the best. That said, during nearly every visit, I've encountered staff who come across as rude, argumentative, or dismissive without any apparent reason. Even when I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, wait times have often been 15-20 minutes. When orders are brought out, the interactions consistently feel unenthusiastic and, at times, abrasive. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience--it's been a pattern over multiple visits. I understand that customer service skills take time to develop, but consistent courtesy and professionalism are still important. Because of the repeated experiences I've had, I've decided I can no longer support this business.
