Because it was alittle hot outside we were able to eat indoors with my well behaved pup! We shared the Korean pork ribs which were slightly crispy and flavorful! Very good choice! We also had a hazy beer and I had a glass of wine. That get very busy as soon as the doors open at 11am! For some reason my puppy seemed a bit scared of the noise so we packed up the food and left. Cailyn was very kind and understood my dog wasn't having it and needed to leave! It's a fun place with a great menu!

We were easy - same exact dish and drinks for us both and she recommended the steak skewer with our salad. We had the Mexican themed salad that had roasted corn in it and I died and went to heaven eating that salad. The lime dressing was sooo good. The meat was so tender and tasty. No gristle!!!! I was fully expecting some but it was perfect meat. Well flavored and perfectly cooked. Not only did our server give us the best advice, she also sent us out the door with a refill of iced tea. In this heat, that is so kind. She probably saved me from dehydration!! We had the nicest drive back to the Bay Area. We talked about coming back with our manly men. They would love this place. Chico is just as nice and less expensive than the Bay Area. I recommend visiting this lovely restaurant and brewery. I would have had the beer but I can't mix alcohol and heat that I'm not used to. We shared the black forest ham spatzle ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) which is a German inspired dish. It was delicious! Noodles cooked perfectly with plenty of ham and goodness in the bowl! First time I tried something a bit different and glad we ordered this ( came specially for this house favorite). Full bar and a ton of craft beers to choose from! The place is bicycle themed with a bike shop next door. Very cool and casual! When we left it was already very busy! I will come again because I really liked this dish plus the parking lot was shaded with beautiful trees and outside had a nice breeze!

Visiting Sierra Nevada Brewing's original facility in Chico has been on my brewery bucket list for…read moremany years. It was at the same time unexpected and also exactly as I had imagined. The brewery is outside of downtown on a huge campus. Public free parking is covered and nearby, you can see the employee entrance and all the brewery buildings beyond. The restaurant & bar entrance is closest to the parking (see separate review), but there's so much more to see on your visit. For beer fans, the highlight will probably be the taproom and merchandise shop in the farther building. It definitely felt like the employee bar, with many clearly finishing shifts for a beer before heading home. It's a small bar, but has an amazing tap selection including some not available to try anywhere else. They have small tables too, which overlooks like the tour entrance area and merchandise store. It's huge and there's a ton of swag. You can also get all their fresh cases and special bottled selections to go, again including some not available elsewhere. Prices are reasonable and it's definitely worth a stop! If you want to do a tour, they offer many different ones including ones with special tastings but they should be booked ahead of time.

Full bar Inside and outside. I ordered the Ahi Tuna and it was fresh and delicious! Love the coleslaw on the bottom of the tuna. They go overboard with way too many won ton chips..more tuna and less won ton chips! Always a great dish! Okay..now the cheeseburger. I also ordered the garlic fries. When I got the cheeseburger I noticed the bottom of the patty was almost burnt. I have never had a bad experience here! The manager came by (kevin) and I showed him the burger. I usually never complain but this time I spoke up! The manager made me a new burger that was cooked just right! I had a bite and it was really good! Now all is well again!
