She was just finishing up with a customer and she told me it would just be a minute. She was right...she took my order and in 2 minutes I was out the door with my hot pretzel and mustard. It was soft, pillowy, and full of flavor. The Pretzel Bakery is a small bakery, but has counter seats available at the window incase you want to enjoy your pretzel there.
