It's grilled chicken, not shredded so beware if you're not a fan. It came with the perfect amount of meat and a great cheese to chip ratio. The supreme sno cone was good, as expected! If you're new here it's a sno cone with ice cream on top, in the middle, and on the bottom. Balance! 2 people in our group got BBQ bacon burger combos and they enjoyed them as well! It came with plenty of fries. The funnel cake (not pictured) was a bit small and fried too hard for my liking. The seating area is nice and spacious but it was hard to find a clean table to sit at due to sno cone drippings being all over the booths. Someone eventually came out and started cleaning the seating area, thankfully. Also, there's a bit of outdoor seating available, if desired. Overall it's a great spot to stop in and grab a quick bite to go if you want something good & fun that's not traditional fast food. The original location was only To-go so that's what they're known for (IYKYK). They also have a drive thru at this location.

I am not sure what sizes my friends ordered but there's a reason one of them just didn't order- they knew they'd end up sharing with their family. It is really echoey inside so that was annoying. They had a few day old options at 50% off and many pastries, breads, sandwiches, salads and beverages to choose from. People are always nice and friendly and prices are comparable to other shops. I decided on a couple of Petit Fours since they didn't have the bread I wanted. It was a lovely day to eat there but I wanted to go home and make some tea, so I got it to go. They do have a cute dining area and a few al fresco tables. I certainly recommend this place.

Knowing Reginald Dahl, the original owner of LaBaguette, used to make those pit stops even more special for me, as I try to support local businesses when possible. The sticker shock total was OVER $22.00!!! Absolutely ridiculous to think I paid that for 4 items. BUT, this is NOT the reason for the review. The choc raspberry tart was atrocious. There was no balance to the chocolate to raspberry ratio. The whisper of raspberry flavor that managed to make it into the bottom of the pastry shell wasn't even enough to make out a berry flavor at all. If there hadn't been a slight thin line of reddish color for the naked eye to perceive, I'd have thot it was all chocolate icing. I had the cherry snow one with vanilla ice cream. My husband had the wild strawberry and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and there was no holding back on syrup for the snow cone. The ice wasn't the crystal ice but the true shaved ice. This was such an awesome treat while visiting Memphis!! Thank you so much!

Breakfast croissant pockets: overall very flavorful. Butter croissant: not as buttery and flaky as I'm accustomed to having. Chocolate croissants: very chocolatey but the pastry portion was a little chewy and less flaky Pecan pie: pecan pie for breakfast, I know indulgence to the extreme and I'd do it again because it was so so good! There were many more awesome looking baked good other than what I bought but I chose items that I could compare to other places. I loved it all, prices were reasonable and I knew they were made with lots of love in house (which I appreciate). Lucy J's lacks the polish of a high end bakery but perhaps that's not their goal. What I did have was good and reminded me of home. Lastly, I was attended by two young folks (teens, I think), who knew what they were talking about, helpful and courteous.
