Pepperoni nuggets and pretzel dogs are the best for savory snacks. They were out of both when we came by, but understandable as they were about to close. Auntie Anne's is pretty much the only quick late night counter for food in the outlet mall, so this location is relatively busy. Tejon Outlets had plenty of charging stations before climbing the Grapevine into Los Angeles. The staff here were friendly and accommodating. My husband set our drink down trying to help our toddler, but the drink ended up tipping over and spilling, so they refilled it for us. Totally agree with the 1 star review on here. This location needs to retrain or get rid of all what seemed to look like a bunch of high schoolers working here. They were extremely rude, lazy, unprofessional & racist if you are minorities. In the middle of the day we were told they would not be making anymore certain products only to find out that was a lie because we went back 20 minutes later a new batch of those same products were brought out. The store looked unkept with things everywhere within the waiting area. First time & last time to this location. At what time do the people stop getting ripped off? $4.89 for 12 ounces of strawberry lemonade. This wasn't anything special, just the fountain lemonade! The people need to stop giving these big companies money without thinking! The big companies are going to continue to rip us off as long as they can until we hit them where it hurts, their pocket books by taking business away from them! This Auntie Anne's is at the Tejon Outlets. I stopped here for a snack while driving through the grapevine and got a cup of their original pretzel bites as well as their cinnamon sugar pretzel bites ($11.49). While I was trying on some shoes at the outlet, my boyfriend was happily munching away at these pretzel bites while walking two dogs. All of a sudden he tripped a leash, and our bag of pretzel flies into the air, and all the pretzel bites are on the ground. We're super bummed as we only ate a couple before this incident happened, and we thought it wouldn't hurt to go back to see if they could give us another batch. The cashier happily took back our pretzels and gave us two new cups and refused to accept any money for them. Awesome service. Great pretzels. read more

Megan P was the order taker / cashier that took my order at 4:55 pm. I politely asked for an order of the mini pretzel dogs. With a rude attitude I was informed by Megan P that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for them. I said okay and also I pointed to the sign with the fruit breeze but before I could say what I wanted Megan sharply informed me that there was no dragon fruit. I informed Megan P that I wanted the Berry Dragon Fruit Breeze. She said nothing and gave me the total for the fruit breeze smoothie only. I asked her did she add the pretzel dogs and she looked at me, canceled the order, added the pretzel dogs. I never told Megan P never mind or no thank you when she informed me of the wait time for the pretzel dogs. But being that she was intentionally being rude with an attitude she decided for me that I wasn't ordering the pretzel dogs and didn't bother to ask if I still wanted them because of the wait. Even though I was ready to cancel the entire order because I felt mistreated and unwelcome I added a lemonade which she was additionally upset about because she was going extra fast to complete my order and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted anything else after adding the mini pretzel dogs. I would hate to assume this uncourteous and rude treatment was due to my skin tone but my daughter had the same experience with her when we were here a few weeks ago! I have been in the food service industry for years; I own my own treat shop and in the aviation industry for years and this is very unprofessional, rude and terrible customer service treatment for any customer of any color and a very bad look for Auntie Anne's in the outlet mall. Went to this location yesterday and I have to say I had a pretty good experience, besides the hot sun. Be prepared to wait in line outside, it's very hot but the lemonade helped once inside. For it being on a weekend and busy they had a lot to choose from. It was 3:46 when I left and my Pretzels where amazing. Ashley was our cashier and she was very friendly. Stopped here to get a smoothie whole shopping. After taking out order (almost $12 for 2 mediums) they waiting a few minutes to come tell us they were out of bananas and they could substitute something. Almost every single smoothie has banana in it so this is something they should have been aware of. Continuing on they are reading the menu to figure out what goes in each smoothie. It took 2 people make our smoothies... meanwhile the line started to back up. Finally our drink were done but wait there's more. One girl rushed them up as fast as she could then rushed away just as fast. Turns out they were out of straws as well. Normally I'm a go with the flow type of person but all of this should have been made known while I was ordering. Horrible staff (except one girl who was working her butt off in the back making pretzles has visible tattoos), horrible supplies, and very hot inside while waiting for drinks. You are way better off getting a drink somewhere else. read more

Came in to give this place a second chance. I walked in and right back out again. One word: D I S G U S T I N G. There were flies absolutely EVERYWHERE. Customers and employees alike were swatting away the darn things. If you look at the windows, walls, and menu screens you see them crawling around everywhere and everything. This is by far the worst "fast food" chain I've ever been to. On an extremely hot Friday afternoon, they had 4 employees working the front and only one of them seemed to know how to do anything. The cashier, Marco, had to ask another person to help him complete every transaction, another employee, Ashley was literally walking back and forth between the front and the back for 10 minutes before all the other staff had to tell her to do something productive. It took then nearly 15 minutes to even start on making our smoothies. Mind you, there were no orders in front of us. Another employee was literally on her phone in the back and was visible from the front for 5 minutes. It took them 25 minutes to complete our order. It was two smoothies and two pretzels. If this place ever got evaluated for efficiency, they would score a 0 across the board. read more

I paid with a five-dollar bill and the cashier looked at it like it was fake granted that they entitled to do so but then she asked another worker to check if it was real and proceeded to use a UV light. Passing thru for a snack. Ordered pretzel nuggets with sour cream powder and nacho cheese. Come to find out, after placing my order, was told that there is 'no more sour cream powder'. The manager was quite nice let me know that she's willing to make fresh items for my children myself. the pizza pretzel the absolutely delicious highly recommend it. A cockroach crawled on the counter in the broad daylight! So nasty! The staff is always unpleasant and u have to wait 20-30 min for a pretzel!? Like seriously it's what they are known for and sell and they never have any pretzels ready! This place is seriously not that busy throughout the weekdays to warrant them never having any pretzels ready...I would never go back there simply due to the cockroach incident as well as the terrible service!
