I am ready to switch all my scripts to the Odessa location. Last few times in drive thru, was told to come back in 2 hours. 3 hours later, still not filled. Unreal! Matthew, the pharmacist is great, but it clearly is too busy here to get meds timely. My meds were sent yesterday morning by the doctor and are still not ready today. Grrr.

But after needing medication here recently I felt the what others wrote about. They charged me a copay but that day I was too sick to think about it and I knew they had my primary and secondary Insurance information so I believed it was right. ACouple days later when I felt better I revisited the issue, called my Insurance to inquire and found out that the RX was not even submitted to my secondary. The answer to that question from the pharmacy was that they can only do what the computer lets them and they could not submit it any other way. That happened again a couple days later when my medication had to be changed. They will not work with you and they make you feel you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's just that pharmacy location, I hope so, like I said I always thought Publix very customer oriented. Very frustrating

You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.

Clinic said they would fill my script in 20 minutes (antibiotic for bad sinus infection). Waited 30 minutes and now she tells me 40 more minutes, with an attitude. She said they don't just fill clinic prescriptions (from literally 15 feet away at their clinic) unless you come tell them to. Now she just told another 30 minutes. WTF? I guess I will just sit here longer coughing and spreading germs because they clearly are not about the customer being sick who was seen at their clinic. Now 1 hr and 10 minutes. They are filling scripts faster for people coming after me and asking. EPIC FAIL WALGREENS PHARMACY. She is not a people person and needs to adjust her attitude to not be a witch.

This is the best walgreens pharmacy to go to I moved from collier after they lost 1 of my scripts…read moreand after waiting in the drive through for over a half hour just to drop it off no less.The people here are so friendly and the pharmacist Sara is so knowledgeable and caring she has been an angel to me going so above and beyond for me so many times between answering all my questions and even helping me get better prices on my heart meds not many people care and I am so grateful and happy to have found her and this pharmacy and even though I am moving to Zephyrhills I will still be keeping her and this as my pharmacy since good people are so hard to find.

I know which stores have pharmacies open until 10 and that the nearest 24-Hour pharmacy at this time is in Sun City Center. Somehow, though, I'd been unaware of this nearby Walgreen's whose pharmacy is open until 9 PM. The folks here were very easy to work with and made sure my mom got the meds she urgently needed. I regret I didn't get the names of the folks who helped me, but I plan to go by there and get them so I can update this review and praise them. Regardless, I walked away with a sense that it's a well-run operation and you'd get great service from others here as well.

They are right next to my doctor so it is very convenient. I wish they had the ability to call you when a prescription is ready to remind you to pick it up period with 5 people getting prescriptions in my family it would be nice to have a phone call as a reminder when they have filled it. When I asked the driver where the rest of my order was, he said, I don't speak English". Obviously he did as he knew what I said and answered me in English. So another call to customer service, with another wait. I'm told the rest of my order was at Store 28115 in Wesley Chapel. I called there and the woman, Rodriguez (I think she said, who kept calling me "hon"), said this store doesn't deliver and that I would have to come and pick up the order. I then asked to speak to the manager, and Jacob came on the phone. Another frustrating conversation. Obviously your employees do not know what service you provide. Jason said, the woman meant she doesn't deliver! Back to Walmart and Amazon, for dependable deliveries and service.
