Unfortunately, this company placed all of the removed snow and ice directly in front of my house, preventing me from clearing spots for our use and spilling over an area next to the sidewalk I'd already cleared for access to the road. This mound obviously turned completely into ice and I am unable to remove it myself. This neighborhood is street parking and loss of the two available spots this ice mound covers is impactful. It's not like there is a bunch of unused parking space elsewhere on my block that I can clear for our cars with any expectation that they'll remain unoccupied. Additionally, this mound intrudes into the travel lane and has already been struck by at least one car. A picture of the undercarriage plastic pieces left behind by the car after the collision I observed is included in this review, in addition to pictures of the offending ice mound that will probably be there until March. I contacted this company via the phone number my neighbor provided and requested they relocate the mound they placed in front of my home. They were mostly unresponsive (I understand they were probably very busy) and when they did answer, the conversation immediately devolved into why it wasn't their fault or their problem. They repeatedly asked me where they were supposed to put the snow/ice (this isn't my problem - I didn't hire them - and city code is actually pretty clear on where to place removed snow if they were curious before accepting the job in an on-street parking neighborhood - it's not on the road), then said they would move the mound but I would have to pay them (which is basically like the fire department setting your house on fire then requiring payment before putting it out). After multiple conversations they said they would remove the mound but it wouldn't be for a couple of hours. Great, that worked. Then they said it wouldn't be until the next day. Also great - I understood that they were busy and ultimately I'm happy as long as it's removed in the near-ish future. Then they never showed up and it's been a couple of days with no contact or response to my outreach. I know I'm spicy but this is bananas. For the January, 2026 storm, this company advertised their snow removal services across local social media groups. I'm hoping this review shows up in any searches folks may perform to investigate this company for snow removal in the future prior to making the decision to hire them. They do not stand behind their work and may just make your removed snow someone else's problem.

Adam came out to fix an entry door issue and ended up renovating my entire kitchen. I live in an…read moreolder townhome (built in the 1949s) and it had been a long time rental unit prior to me purchasing. The kitchen door was old, so I decided to close it up and move the back door to the dining room wall. All in all Adam and his crew were fantastic. For each issue found, Adam had someone who could step in and fix it. I'll post pictures later, but Adam renovated: 1. Entire kitchen (moved walls, installed new appliances, added recessed lighting) 2. Moved my basement entrance from the living room to the kitchen 3, Moved back door (to include brickwork to close that door up outside) from kitchen to a sliding glass door with deck 4. Added a dishwasher 5. Added a recessed light in the living room 6. Electrical upgrades from the main breaker to the weird wiring Adam did a fantastic job. As issues arose, he jumped in and addressed them and found solutions quickly. It was a fast decision to go for broke and he made sure I had a working stove for Christmas and reused my cabinets to help me save a little money. Which I promptly spend on beautiful countertops, that Adam was able to find and his crew able to cut to fit and install in a day. If you are looking for a small renovation or a complete remodel give Adam a call. Excellent customer service, and he will make anything happen.

Bottom line - we hired them to create a garden space in front of our home that removed the plastic, daylight trees, and fix our driveway to make things easier for us. I'm still finding plastic, and I can't mow around the driveway without getting the mower stuck because the grades are so harsh. Very nice, great up front communication - its just the follow through isn't there.

Virginia Drainage provided a competite quote and a more reasonable solution to the issue without the major demo work other waterproofing companies wanted to do. They helped with grading, excavation-soil compaction in the issue area, and waterproofing the problem spots in the foundation. Haven't had any issue since. Crew was on time, cleaned up, and worked great. Would use again.
