Customer Service: First of all, I reached out to them via email, and provided me a price sheet for all their materials, which was great. I could pick and choose what I wanted. Delivery fee of $135 to Fairfax, which was fair. I called with questions multiple times: -First time I got an extremely helpful person, she answered all of my questions, and gave me options and prices (I was afraid of having the large dump truck + 5 tons of stone breaking my driveway. Apparently they have a smaller hauler for up-to 5 tons). Options included loose rocks, or sacked. How much I wanted, etc. Was quoted a lower $100 delivery to Fairfax for the smaller truck, awesome, exactly what I needed anyways. -I called back again, spoke to a gentleman with poor English. He wasn't able to answer any of questions clearly... I decided to wait and call back later hoping for another rep. -Called a 3rd time, spoke to another representative. She was helpful, scheduled delivery for the next day. but the delivery fee went back up to $135, was told the previous rep made a mistake.... umn... ok... They called the day of the delivery, dropped the rocks off, the driver cleaned up some of the spillage, he did a great job. Payment: I did not like this, it does not feel secure. They asked me to email them my drivers license and a copy of my credit card. I understand why they did this, because they deliver first and then charge my CC.... but... email is not very secure, I would much rather have filled out an online payment and/or provided my CC over the phone. Now the product: The river rocks I ordered were extremely muddy. I had to wash them in my driveway, and then again once again when I placed them in the backyard. I expected SOME dirt, but these were CAKED in mud (i.e. no clean rocks in sight). This wasn't a "rain will wash these off" type of dirt... I've had other river rocks delivered (given, those were ordered by contractors), and those other companies were completely clean on delivery. These are filthy....

When I walked in there were four people that absolutely ignored my presence and did not even acknowledge that I was there. The only being that actually greeted me was a dog wearing a little vest. As soon as I left because no one was speaking to me two elderly women walked in and they were instantly helped. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

She was knowledgeable and very patient helping to guide us to the perfect quartz countertops for our kitchen. Pricing was better than Lowe's and whereas Lowe's and Home Depot told us 2-3 months lead time, Granite Vision was ready when we were ready. Once we made our deposit she ordered our stone so that she had it available. After our cabinets were installed they came and measured we had our countertops in less than a week later. The company kept moving our measuring appointment out due to "emergencies". I did a Google search and found Granite Vision just around the corner from my house. They had the material and manufactured onsite! We picked the countertop material that evening and scheduled the measurements for the next morning. No upselling, no production delays, etc.; the process was simple, fast, and straightforward. The counter materials were actual slabs of material in the warehouse, large enough for you to imagine what the finished product would look like in your house. End-to-end Granite Vision provided an excellent customer experience and final product! (Our remodel took place in September 2024)

However today, a year later from starting, my deck remains unfinished and only passed inspection after we personally went through the process with the county. From the first "final delivery" of the deck to me is where I started seeing issues. Huge gaps in the Trex were made at each post that collect water, incorrect pieces of Trex were used on the railings, Trex were cut inappropriately in the middle of the flooring, and none of the footers of the original deck were removed. Cleanup was terrible, large cuts were made in railings that needed to be rectified, the edges of the deck were left unfinished, and the overall workmanship was very poor. Over time, HaiJoe "fixed" a few of the issues, while many of them remain "as is" as they would otherwise require a complete rebuild to be resolved. Many of the "fixes" actually caused additional sets of issues, and the owner still sent the same Foreman! Elder Ramos, the owner was hard to get a hold of, then hostile on the phone, and altogether unresponsive. Elder accused us of lying, raised his voice, and hung up on us over the phone. He lied that our deck passed its final inspection, which it did not until months later when we took care of it ourselves. I am so disappointed with the deck that I have been left with. Every day I use it; I see the poor workmanship that was put into it. Do not use this company unless you want a terrible product and bad customer service.

The mulch, purchased at the super preimum price of $35.99 a yard, was junk. It consisted of metal shards, angle iron, softball size chunks of asphalt, cigarette butts (dozens) and other non mulch trash. This resulted in many hours aof raking , picking and separating out the trash that was included and cost us significant time and money to correct so it was at all usable. Owner Jeff - don't write a response making excuses and offering a pittance of price adjustment for "good will" while making excuses. When you charge these kind premium prices it fair for a custoer to expect a premium product rather than garbage you deliver - and I have purchased the ever declining product for too many times for it to be a one off situation. Maybe think about a different line of work Jeff - trash collection come sto mind.

However within a couple months the seam didn't hold and the epoxy came out..I couldn't deal with it at the time as my mom passed away. They came out a couple weeks ago and admitted they didn't use the right glue but refuse to fix it unless I do other work with them...like I would do other work when they are not standing behind their current work? Not a good business practice and I will not recommend them anymore!
