However, whomever operates the billing & insurance is fraudulent. I have never received any statements through the mail or by email to let me know that I had a $50 charge on my account. Every doctor's office I've ever been to always send a bill through the mail. 2 years ago, they reported me to a debt collector for a $50 charge that I was completely unaware of. I had to call the office and to get them to reverse it and paid the office immediately. Just today, I received another text from a debt collector for Modera for one of my son's well checkup from last Aug 2025! Never have I received any communication that I owe anything! I have a perfect credit score and don't have any outstanding bills. Also, when two of my sons switched to their office last August, before going back to college, they talked us in to getting some genetic test that uses scope mouthwash. They said because of our extended family medical history, insurance would pay for it and we wouldn't have to worry about it not being covered. I've never heard of that test but we trusted them and let my boys do it. Then months later we get a bill that our insurance denied it. It's clear that running all kinds of extra unnecessary tests let them to charge more on insurance. This doesn't sit well with me considering this is a Christian owned practice. It's really disappointing and I will be looking for a new pcp for my boys. Feedback: increase your communications with patients, start sending statements in the mail or by email so people know they need to pay, & be transparent about what you're charging for. Do some research on who runs your billing department. Someone is falsifying information to make more $$.

I broke two ribs due to an accident during the height of lockdown and initially we had telephone consultation and web sessions that were critical to me and eventually she brought me in for further testing and on site care. The staff are polite and friendly at the front desk and the facility is spotless. They are following all precautions. I am so far very satisfied with with the care and service I've gotten here.
