I called Audio Visual based off of their stellar reviews for a large work party we were hosting very last minute. I am someone who knows NOTHING about technology but Jonathan (owner of Audio Visual) could care less and explained everything. He gave suggestions on how to achieve the best quality for my money, answered all my questions and honestly seemed interested in what look we were trying to pull off. He was fabulous! On the day of installation he gave us a good heads up regarding his arrival. He uses top of the line tools and has a vast technical understanding of various audio visual products. He is meticulous in his work and maintains a very clean work area. Once his work was complete, he spent a considerable amount of time doing the initial set up for our new television -- over and above his work requirement. Audio Visual Up and Jonathan were amazing. Just bought a house that had 2 old built in sound systems. Jonathan gave me updating options and pricing which seemed reasonable. But he also went as far as to reconfigure my old system making it work great. It definitely saved me money. He could have just sold me on a new system. I called a few businesses for quotes on wall mounting a 40inch flat screen before I found Audio Visual Up near my location. When i called, they gave me an affordable price quote that I was happy with. They had some schedule flexibility & were able to come do the job right away, which astounded me. When Jonathan showed up, he was presentable & professional. My wife & I were comfortable with him immediately. He took a look at my setup & told me about the challenges. Rather than buying a mount kit from an installer, I had purchased an inexpensive articulating mount from an online store that i wanted to use for this job. Problem was - it didn't match the mount holes on my tv! Jonathon was very solution oriented & we were able to get the tv mounted in a reasonable amount of time. The molding that hid the wires came a part from the wall a few times and Jonathan came out same day to fix... I really appreciated that.
