Originally, my boyfriend and I were looking for professional assistance in mounting our TVs and…read morecameras in our last home, so we shopped around getting quotes and ideas from different businesses before we decided on Shultz AV. We recently moved and knew how great our first experience was so we contacted Glenn for our new home once again. This time we wanted to get a consultation on adding some automation upgrades as well. From the start, we were very pleased with their competitive price points and exceptional customer service. Their sweet receptionist, Candy, was very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with regarding our appointments and updates along the way. Glenn was beyond accommodating to make sure our appointment worked with our schedule, very straight forward and honest about our current coverage issues, and even gave us multiple suggestions to update our home within our budget! We originally had spotty internet signal in our home and weren't sure where to start with our smart home updating, but Glenn knew exactly what to do to ensure our problem was fixed and our needs were met. Our appointment day came and his team was above all the most efficient we've personally experienced. They were all polite, made great time, and added remarkable little touches that pulled the entire transformation together. They found solutions to our spotty coverage, installed all of our Ring cameras, and mounted our TVs [and created ways to hide those ugly wires we all hate looking at!]. Our new lighting and sound systems Glenn suggested were integrated into the start of our smart home setup and we could not be happier! We were so satisfied with the results that we even ordered a new sound bar system with him for our living room TV. Thank you SO much Glenn for all the outstanding work you've done for us since Day 1. Your efforts are significantly appreciated and we couldn't have been able to enjoy our home as much as we do, without you!

Within a day, Dave was at our door with a new BluRay player, and he programmed it and tested it and charged us only what it would be at the store! When we selected a 65" LG television for the new house he called to tell us it was on sale right now and we could save $300. He offered to store it for us in his secure office until our house is finished. Dave is smart as a whip, courteous, friendly, easy to understand (electronics are like another language to me) and reliable.
